Outstanding service. Reliable, great communication. The dogs have an amazing time and all their fun is shared with you in a private chat group. Great value for money and could not recommend enough. I think my dog Lola loves Jordan more than me !
I’ve now used Charlotte for cat sitting visits twice (for a long weekend and most recently a week’s holiday) and highly recommend her! We moved to the area earlier this year so had to find a new trusted cat sitter. As a rescue, our cat can initially be nervous of new people - but he really took to Charlotte who stayed for good periods of time with him, to not just feed him but also give him plenty of fuss and attention. She sent updates and pictures of her visits, and I was able to enjoy my holiday knowing he was all well and in good hands!
Charlotte and Jordan were a real pleasure to deal with. My dog, Amadeus, had a brilliant time with them. Charlotte very kindly offered me a tailored day care package to help me attend a funeral. The service I received surpassed my expectations. I live in Shropshire and found the local kennels near me to be less than helpful for my particular requirements. As the funeral was in Leeds, I was so pleased to have made contact with Charlotte who took a major weight off my mind. I am more than happy to recommend them. You will not be disappointed in any way. Finding the right person to walk your dogs, pet sit etc is no easy job. You need someone who cares, is consistent, committed, conscientious and trustworthy Charlotte is all that and much more. Our 3 absolutely adore Charlotte and have the best time when out with her, we always get the videos and pictures with every walk but the ultimate proof is when Charlotte walks through the door. We’d be lost without Charlotte and we feel so lucky and grateful to have someone who cares and loves our dogs as much as we do.
Kane and Charlotte are extremely helpful in looking after our cats when we were away. On top of the basic daily care (clean litter trays and top up food/water), what we appreciate is they also spent time to play with them. They sent us update videos on daily basis. Oh and they didnt mind looking after the stray cats in the garden too without extra cost. I will definitely come back to them and recommend their services to my friends. Thanks
Highly recommend. Professional, reliable and trustworthy dog walkers with great communication. Put us at ease knowing our dog was in good hands and being cared for properly. They also groomed our dog as an additional service and did a fabulous job. Very satisfied by the service Kane and Charlotte provided will defiantley be using them again.
I booked my dog Pablo in for some group walks and home check ins whilst I was away on holiday, Charlotte and Kane were so helpful and were able to book him in on short notice. Amazing service they were both so lovely and friendly and took time to come and meet Pablo so he felt familiar with them. They always send pictures and videos too which was really reassuring! Pablo has continued having weekly group walks with them and absolutely loves them! So glad I came across their page 100% recommend using them!
