“I don’t understand how this hotel has such a low rating. I’ve stayed in hotels all over England for business travel and this is one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed in. It feels more like a four star and it cost £69 for a double! The rooms are spacious, with good desk space and a sofa. The bathrooms are clean and the shower is good. The lobby is huge with chesterfield style leather sofas everywhere. The bar/restaurant has a decent selection. The staff were friendly. I stayed here because my flight was cancelled, but if that happens again, this is where I’m staying.”

“Absolutely cannot fault this place, the staff are genuinely kind and approachable, it is always lovely to walk into somewhere where the staff have smiles on there faces ( you don't get that alot these days). They always have a great selection of product available with so many different varieties to choose from, my doggo definitely approves. I must say my favourite thing about this place is the hand made dog bows and flowers, my dog has quite the little collection going on. See you again soon for my next restock.”

“Lola is my first owned Dog, I will be forever grateful to Hannah, she has been so informative, giving helpful, Advice to me, she also had my very nervous Dog completely relaxed, and willing to go with her, for the Groom. Doing ' pick up drop off ' service is very useful for People like me, Hannah is blessed with a very warm personality I felt so at ease, + I know that my baby Darling Dog was in very good company. Big shout out to ' THE LITTLE DOG HOUSE ' so glad I discovered them online, I've already got my next appointment booked for Lola. Sending photo of the Grooming before my Dog is returned is very useful, Making sure of customer satisfaction, my Baby smelt so good on her return, I was so please seeing Hannah carrying her from her car to my House, into my arms”

“Ordered a mattress from this company, was very quick and efficient service. Great communication in keeping me updated throughout order processing time and to top it off the mattress itself was like sleeping on clouds. Very good quality!! Was very happy with the service and quality of products I have used them many times since for more of my home furniture!”

“Lovely staff was looking for some spiced rum to have over the festive period however due to what i assume is high demand there was none available on the shelves. Thankfully a generous employee named jack helped me upon my request and retreived the rum for me with perfect manners and proffesionalism.”

“I always go here when at Batley Mills. Had various dishes and snacks but now get the Pie of the Day with veg and lovely gravy. It comes with chips but I ask for no chips as too much. It is always piping hot and really tasty. Never too busy and staff friendly.”
