So first of all. My nephew leo (shih tzu) loves coming. He gets so excited when we pull into the carpark. That's a great start. Secondly very clearly marked instructions for following covid guidelines which I DO need. Finally such personal and professional greeting when handing my nephew over and happy to help with any questions I have. By the way the boy looks stunning and his little Dickie bow Thank you :)
