My beautiful boys had an amazing week long stay in August. I was nervous as it was a first time stay (as any pet parent would have been) but I can honestly say I didn't need to worry. The regular picture updates put my mind at ease as I could see my kitties were happy and being looked after. The staff were great and all super friendly! Without question we'll be booking them in again for our next holiday!

I adopted a cat from sam around 2 years ago, after volunteering at her kennel and cat rescue it was easy to fall in love with the cats available for adoption, my parents had a very strict no cat policy which was heavily enforced, this was until with a bit of pushing, my parents met lotty, who sam rescued along with her two kittens, lorry arrived to the rescue before i was there but i was told when she was caught she was extremely difficult to catch and put up a slight fight. When i met lotty her temperament was completely different, the amount of effort sam puts into the welfare of these animals is extraordinary, lotty was a cat who was seemingly difficult to catch from the outdoors but when i met her she was the most loving animal i had ever met, constantly wanting to be on your knee, constantly meowing at you for your attention, she was such a love bug and without people like sam these cats wouldn’t be able to freely express this love towards people. When i was volunteering at the rescue sam and her team spent countless hours interacting with these cats and letting them get comfortable with her, and she continues to do so, without sam we wouldn’t have found our bed bug (lotty). If you are considering adopting a cat from Noah’s Ark please do! These cats are so well socialised and all of their welfare needs are met, sam always makes sure her cats are neutered when finding their forever homes which is such a green flag for cat owners, it also saves you the time, recovery and money of doing it yourself, sam, her workers and all the volunteers in this place make sure these cats are loved every single day until they find their family, without this team we never would have met our cat and i just want to express how thankful i am to sam for giving us the opportunity to have lotty! (Thanks to Sam this is how we wake up every morning) ❤️

We’ve used Noah’s Ark for a number of years for our two dogs and have always received fantastic service. We recently lost our terrier and explained that since Lola’s passing our other dog Enzo, a Rottweiler had become a little unsure of himself and wasn’t really sure how he should be acting. I was really nervous to be leaving him this time when we went away in September as it would be the first time he had been there on his own. We were greeted by the staff, and off he went happy as Larry! Whilst we were away we received daily messages and photos, which really helped to put my mind at rest. On the day we went to pick him up the staff didn’t want him to leave, it was great to see how he was so unsure of himself before he went and how at ease he was with the staff when I was collecting him. I wouldn’t use any other boarding kennels! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Noah’s Ark Pet Holiday home is the perfect place to leave your pets for holiday. Sam has looked after my dog for years and groomed him every few weeks. She loves him like her own. The care is amazing. They send an update every day with a photo, are happy to accommodate any particular needs your pet may have. All the staff are animal lovers. I love my dog obsessively (neurotically my family would say!) and I have never once been unhappy with the care he has received. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We’ve been using Noah’s Ark for the last 2.5 years. We found them after our nervous lurcher x Lakeland Paddy didn’t get on with home boarding. They managed to get our dogs in at short notice and saved our holiday. Since then we have used Noah’s Ark for every holiday. Sam and the team really understand both of our dogs, Paddy (nervous by nature) is now really comfortable around them and settles well. They have built a really positive relationship up both of ours. They send pictures and updates about how they are getting on. Thank you Sam and team for being so wonderful, Paddy and Mabel love you all!

Lovely friendly staff who have your pet’s best interest at heart. I took my cat to Noah’s Ark for a ten night stay and everyone made sure he was settled and gave his medication for asthma. I have no hesitation in using them again.

Great place. Sam is lovely and so is all the staff. She has an in-depth knowledge of animals and is genuinely caring. We had never left our dogs anywhere before and now there is nowhere else we would board them when we go away and cannot take them with us

Our dog Harry absolutely loved his stay. He was so calm and relaxed when we took him home. He'd even had a groom the day we picked him up! So convenient!! All the staff are so lovely and friendly, needless to say Harry is booked in for future holidays

Positive, after staying in Noah's Ark for 4 days and 3 nights (Thursday to Sunday) my dog came back healthy and seemed happy. Negatives (improvement)They don't do everything they say on their website. I provided a pretty detailed list on what my dog requires and while I don't expect everything to be carried out but I do feel the KEY essentials need to be followed up correct, walks, grooming and food. My dog is a very energetic dog and he requires 2 walks a day. He was never walked on Sunday and he was picked up at 3:30pm. How do I know this, when I took him out for a walk he went to the toilet 9 times, my dog has never done that in over 2 years clearly shows he never went out for a walk and toilet. After his walk, he was brushed down and the amount of hair that came off him was a lot, which doesn't show that he was groomed daily as per their website. There was also bad weather (wind and snow) during that time, that's not really an excuse not to walk a dog but they also don't communicate well at all if your animal is ok or not. It takes 2 mins to take a photo of your pet and send it to the owner. LASTLY - I think some people forget that work in these type of places, owners can be uneasy leaving their pet. When we arrived to drop off our dog there was a member of staff standing outside waiting to start work. My dog was running about super happy, she was not impressed at all when he ran up with his tail wagging. It made me feel really uneasy about leaving my pet in a kennel where the staff don't even look happy to see an animal.
