Such a fabulous groomers! I have been taking my Labrador to this groomer for the last couple of years and cannot rate them highly enough. My lab was always very nervous about going to the groomers previously, he walks into hounds of Hagley with a waggy tail every time! Would recommend to everyone
Abi went out of her way to fit me an appointment in at short notice just before Christmas as my dog so needed grooming and I hadn’t been able to get there before due to work commitments. She did a brilliant job, put my dog at ease and was so caring and also professional . Had not used Hounds of Hagley before but will definitely be using again,.
I have been taking my 2 year old shih tzu Nessa to Abi since she was a puppy. Abi is lovely and always does a fantastic job and she makes my little girl look amazing. I wouldn't take Nessa anywhere else and have recommended Hounds of Hagley to everyone I know.
I always take our scottish terriers here to be groomed, the dogs love Abi which puts my mind at rest. Her attention to detail is brilliant, my dogs always look smart and come out of there happy. I can fully recommend this dog groomers.
Abi is fantastic with my little Staffy. We have taken him for a wash, blow dry, puppy facial, nails clipped and teeth clean since he was tiny. She is so gentle and patient with him, he absolutely adores her. 5*s.
