Charlotte has the ability to turn a scruffy little terrier into a handsome little dog. Very pleasant and a true dog lover.
Love it Charlotte was lovely great wirh my little 10 half yr old shizui who has Arthritis in her back legs. And young Emily was loverly aswell you can see they have genuine love of dogs.
Charlotte is great with my dog and managed to overcome my dogs fear of hair dryers. Truffles my dog always gets excited to go to the groomers and she looks amazing when she returns. Took my little dog Lilly to Little Scamps. I can honestly say the cut she received was perfect no cut marks or jagged section in her fur which irritate me. Lilly also didn't appear to be stressed out like she normally does and that's a big plus for me. She definitely received 10 star treatment and will be a repeat customer.
Charlotte did a great job grooming Oscar. She was very gentle and took a lot of trouble to make him look really smart. Highly recommended.
