I couldn't be happier with the grooming services. I've been to a few places but noone does poodle grooming like this place. They gave Bobby the perfect teddy bear cut and now have a client for life. Thank you!
Great Grooming experience! Brought my ragdoll cat in for a groom and literally ALL the staff was friendly and welcoming. My cat had a very fun time and he seemed like he enjoyed it very much. Will definitely come back again! I have recommended them to my girlfriend who has dogs too! Thank you so much! LOVE LOVE IT!
Chris at Pet Villa did an incredible job grooming my Pomeranian! My boy’s coat is perfectly fluffy, and he looks absolutely adorable. Chris was professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. Taking Bailey to Pet Villa was one of our best decision we've made. This was her first time at the groomers and they took care of her amazingly. Baileys fur, paws, everything just looked amazing. Thank you Pet Villa for taking care of our little pup! Will definitely return for her next session.
Carla is brilliant, but when she's not in the service is poor. I ordered dog food into the shop after trying a sample a few weeks ago, and it was delayed due to being out of stock at the manufacturer which was fine. Carla just said to ring or pop in a couple of times a week for an update. I called last week and the other lady blamed me, saying it wasn't even ordered because I didn't pay in advance (this wasn't even offered or required). Spoke to Carla Thursday and she said it had arrived into storage and would be in store this week. Rang today to see if it's ready yet as my dog's other food is finished, and the other lady insists again I didn't even order it and that it hadn't arrived. It's so frustrating, and a shame I'll need to give up on using a local store because of the service when she has days off
Amazing grooming service! The staff is lovely and they made my cat look, smell and feel stunning! As for the shop itself it’s so cute and has so many products you couldn’t find anywhere else around Birmingham! Will be definitely using their services again
My dog is nervous when being groomed but the staff put Rico at ease and were very patient and kind with him. He looks adorable and smells great. We’ll definitely use them again.
