   Probably the best and most friendly place to leave your pets. We have left our guinea pigs there on two occasions already and each time we get the best services possible. The staff is amazing and super friendly. One of the guinea pigs got ill just before we leave it to them and the Fur Family Pets staff has been in touch every day with updates. They took the ill one to the vets and got him treated. Honestly what a service. THANK YOU MILLIONS!!

   This is a lovely shop, with a friendly owner who has a great knowledge of pet care and just loves animals! She puts so much care into her pet boarding, home visits, and dog walking, giving the animals plenty of fuss, as well as feeding them. She looks after cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, rats, and guinea pigs, and she treats them with as much care as her own pets. Her prices are also very reasonable. She stocks a brilliant variety of items for pets, including food, beds, toys, and much more. Your pets will be in very capable hands at this shop, and I can't recommend her services highly enough.

   Amazing pet shop and pet sitter for my rabbit. My rabbit always comes back looking better than when I take it in!! Also they regularly give it rubs and lots of attention, including sending WhatsApp updates when I'm on holiday. Highly highly recommend!!

   I always use these guys to board my ratties when I'm away ❤️ they are so caring a loving with the animals they look after. I get pictures and updates when they can also. The first time they even sang happy birthday to my ratties and made them cake. If that isn't going the extra mile I don't know what is. Would highly recommend. They offer a pet taxi if you are unable to drop your pets to them as well ❤️

Thankfully, the shop assistant knew exactly the right foods and potential treatments that could help. Good to finally go to a pet shop that cares and is actually Knowledgeable about animal healthcare. 100% would recommend

   Third time in this shop and never again. On every visit the owner (I assume) always walks up in a pretty confrontational and pushy way and tries to hard-sell either more products or different products than you came into the store to buy. She also tries to suggest you’re a bad owner if you’re not feeding your pet organic or preservative free food (that they obviously sell!) It’s also pretty overpriced to begin with. The owner needs to realise that, especially after covid, this overly pushy tone isn’t desirable and is a real turn-off from shopping there. Customers also don’t shop here to have their pet parenting choices brought into question.
