The Groom Room in Selly Oak is an amazing place to get your dog! They are all so kind, gentle and caring with the dogs, and Daisy always comes out looking fabulous! For me, it's really reassuring that they do everything behind glass so you know they are literally being completely transparent about what they do. Always delighted with the results!
Booked an appointment at 6pm the appointment got moved to 5pm without my knowledge… supposedly they called? I received no notice of the change. I called them over 3 times on the day of the groom no answer. I also called them days before the groom still no answer. Waste of time and patience. The next available slot given was in March… it is currently January… beyond a joke, no apology and explanation.
Tilly was given the utmost care and attention when she went for a recent bath & nail trim. Thankyou, she smelt beautiful and looked so shiny.
Adele in the groom room is an animal abuser. I visited the salon and saw her pulling dogs aggressively and throwing items around the salon whilst dogs were tied up scared. The other members of staff seem wonderful, however I would never trust my dog with Adele.
Lovly staff my dog slept for hours after ,he was so relaxed and smelt lovly
Great service, very friendly staff. Pup always really chilled and happy when collected.
