   Had a great experience at Pets at Home Quinton. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about my pet’s needs. They offered great advice and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, well organised, and had a fantastic range of products. Overall, a really pleasant visit — I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

   Absolutised disgusted.... staff were rude and unhelpful and dismissive of the issues I brought up. I had rang ahead to ask if they had the fish I wanted in stock they said yes and that I could come that day... nothing about any times they would be busy was shared..... This is Selly Oak branch I turned up after paying £10 taxi just to be told we have scouts in so nobody can get you fish as they are sitting around that ARea.... I said look they aren’t near the fish please just grab me them I don’t need to Go over myself..., They refused and were rude and dismissive. The manager also said there are only three members of staff so they are too busy to serve me.... they other two staff Members are standing there chatting doing nothing while he’s telling me this. They seemed racist as I can’t see another reason for the way they looked at or spoke to us. Will be cancelling my membership and never shop there again And will tell all family and friends to avoid it. Get better staff

   Nice well laid out and stocked shop with all the essential pet items you need. It's also nice that dogs are welcomed inside the shop instead of having to leave the outside. Not the biggest Pets at Home I have been in, but certainly one of the friendliest. The staff are approachable and extremely helpful, there is parking directly outside the shop and at the side of the block of shops. Will definitely go in there again.

   I went in today to get some dried cat food for my newly adopted 12 year old cat, Charlie. He's only been with me for four days and he's already so at home. Pets at Home have plenty of choice of food and accessories for cats and other animals, such as dogs, rabbits, reptiles, birds, besides food, etc for garden birds. The staff are friendly and cheerful, knowledgeable about the different types of animals, the shop is very clean and nicely set out. And it's only a short walk from where I live.
