“My husband and I can't recommend Riversmeet enough. Vet Simona Oprea especially has been brilliant with our dog 4 year old blue merle border collie, Woody. He is a complex & rare case with Systemic Lupus (causing liver issues), immune-mediated thrombocytopenia and steroid induced cushing's (causing hair loss and muscle wastage). She has tried everything and been a great support in his recovery. He is improving everyday with his treatment and we couldn't be more grateful.”

“Today I went into King's pharmacy weoley Castle Square with my 3 year old grandson who woke up this morning with very sticky eyes. As it's a bank holiday I was worried I wouldn't be able to get him help, thankfully the pharmacy above mentioned was open. I was seen to by a friendly member of staff Rachel Who immediately got the pharmacist to come and check my grandson. We was given eye drops and advice. Very nice very helpful thank you”

Bought a budgie from another store years ago and it was so anxious that even after years with us (and another bird I got from private seller, much calmer) it would not settle.”

“I visited the Selly oak store today for the first time. The customer service here from 2 young men ( one on the till and then his colleague) exceeded my expectations. Between them they took the time to help me download the app on my phone so that I could get a discount on a product that I wanted. They were both patient, helpful and extremely efficient despite being busy.
