Slightly overpriced in my opinion, but does sell some quality brands that the big brand shops dont stock.
Superb. Got a french bulldog fitted for a harness. Claire was incredible. She wasnt pushy with sales and only wanted what was best for the dog. Brilliant customer service. Will 100% return. Highly recommended
I usually come here every month to buy my cats’ food. I first became a customer because the employee who helped me a few months ago was very kind and even offered some free samples of Keeko’s dry food. Luckily, my cats really liked the turkey and chicken one, so since then I’ve always bought the large bag and had been very happy with the service — until today. I came in to buy another bag and asked a female employee for assistance. She wasn’t helping anyone at the time; she was just finishing organizing the shelves. However, as soon as another customer approached her, she turned her back to me mid-conversation and went to help them instead — probably because a person with a new puppy seemed more interesting than a regular customer. I then had to go after another employee to check if they had the large bag I was looking for, since none were left on the shelf. I was honestly quite taken aback by how dismissive she was, not even excusing herself to go help somebody else. I’ve never been ignored like that after asking for help politely. It’s really disappointing. I drive almost half an hour each way to come here, but after today’s experience, I’ll be looking into other options for my cats’ food. It’s a shame, because I had always felt appreciated as a customer before.
Has a great selection of pet supplies, mostly at a reasonable price. However, staff can be hit & miss. Some staff here are really helpful, others not so much. I've experienced rude staff here on several occasions hence the review, one too many times.
Been into store today picked up 2x 12kg bags of dog food. Straight away the guys took them put them on a trolley and wheeled it to my car and popped them into my boot. Amazing service! So pleasant and helping I can’t thank them enough. Always a pleasure to shop here
Honestly will never be going again and will not be recommending here although they have a good selection of treats, a off lead dog came up to my dog and wouldn't leave him alone so I had to pick him up to move him away from my dog that was starting to get stressed by him. The staff was then rude to me and told me I needed to tell them if my dog was unfriendly before entering as it was a shop dog. My dog isn't unfriendly like suggested at all. We wouldn't accept a person getting in another persons space constantly even after they have said no thankyou so why is it OK for a dog to do the same? It isn't!! Clearly need a sign about the shop dog and needs to work on its manners
Great selection and choice of both animal products food clothes leash and medications. For me a bit on the pricey side..but thats due i suppose to home run? can not fault range of stuff and enjoyed watching the puppie club they had going on..for raw foods for dogs fantastic
Great help off Claire in the shop who advised me on food for my new causcasian shepherd puppy. They grow very fast and very big and Claire advised me well on my options. A great shop and well worth the travelling to get here. Friendly staff, there isn't much they don't sell, can fully recommend
These guys are amazing. Darren & Sam fitted our new double dog cage..nothing was too much trouble for them...even when we encountered a raised boot lip!! Delighted with the crash tested cage and our whippet Winnie settled in it straight away. Thanks again Darren for your initial help on the phone and your excellent customer service!!
