    The staff were friendly, but I got 2 baby guinea pigs from here on Tuesday 13th August 2024. Got home and noticed they both had MITES. Their feet are also in poor condition, one is limping on her back leg. They have bald spots all over which I assumed was from the mites, but today I’ve noticed a rash on my hand forming in the shape of a circle indicating they also have RINGWORM. Clearly they have not been looked after properly, they are so small and young as well.

    Went for budgie companion for my other bird and managed to find one. Guys were helpful and knowledgeable, and the bird is calm. Bought a budgie from another store years ago and it was so anxious that even after years with us (and another bird I got from private seller, much calmer) it would not settle.

    Pets and pigeons which are kept hidden out the back are kept in apporling conditions. Staff are rude and unhelpful. There is no way they have a pet shop license

    MUST READ!! If anyone loves pets please use this pet shop. The staff are wonderful and OMG the cat is the friendliest cat EVER! We bought a hamster today that is beautiful. Let's stop putting money in big corporate chains and start investing in smaller independent companies that take care of their animals.

    Very friendly helpful, staff. Some lovely budgies for sale.. lovely rabbits, cheap pet food. Small selection of fish, in display. Be sure, to look out for there pet cat, Nye likes dreamies.. They have a homing pigeon, too, called Sally!
