   The old man with glasses needs too learn customer service skills. Do not purchase anything from here. Bought a bulb for vivarium 3 was ago as a spare. Found it was bayonet and not screw-in so wife took it back too exchange , simple mistake. They have no bulbs in stocks. So wife said so what about this bulb. He just said we don't guarantee bulbs. Its just a simple swap for the correct connection. But his arrogant attitude stinks. So will be contacting which, and trading standards. Also will never step foot in there again, after been going there for years.

   Nothing in the shop when I went in, looked like it was closing down. Would have asked staff for help but their noses was stuck in their phones so went to another pet shop.

   the old man with glasses is extremely rude and unhelpful, if your going into this shop dont even bother asking him for help as youre only going to get sass and disrespect. never knew a grown man could be so sassy and have that much of an attitude, acting like a rude primary school child honestly. the younger guy in there is lovely and always helpful. the shop always smells fishy and looks dirty- suprised it hasnt been shut down yet- it needs a good scrub from head to toe to get the stink out i think. poor animals. honestly the old fat man needs to humble himself and stop being rude to young women- as ive never heard of him being rude to a man.

   shop is very unhygienic i dont know how there is pets allowed. im surprised they arent dead. staff are horrible and arent helpful at all. they are rude to children and are ultimately ignorant. there was a rotten fish smell all over the place. do not go here. scam. save your money. its a waste of space.

   the staff are very rude and sneaky. I spent 30 pounds on a product that i decided i didn’t want so i went to return it the next day. I asked for a refund but was given a credit note and was told i could use it to exchange for cash when i wanted. I didn’t want to buy anything from there so i went the week after to exchange it for cash. I was told i couldn’t do that and was accused of lying.
