   Me and my partner went here today for some marine water we tried to ask advice about keeping marine fish as we are completely new to the hobby but the bloke was extremely rude saying if I have to explain stuff to you you shouldn't be in the hobby everyone starts somewhere would give zero stars if I could disgusting place not how you treat customers at all I will buy marine fish from other places

   Brought allot of birds from different places, I bought a pair of gouldian finches from here to wake up one morning and find the male lifeless at the bottom of the cage he had no signs of sickness absolutely heart broken female is still going but isn't too good took her to vets they said she could have an hereditary condition awaiting results. I will never come back, you don't even deserve a start

   I will never buy anything from them because they also sell sick birds. I bought one pairs of gouldian finch . The male is ill ,when I want to return they didn't want to take back. They are liars, because they guarantee me in case of something in 3 months we can return the bird.

   I bought a budgie from this company in October last year. After 2/3 weeks this little chap was still terrified, he would sit huddled and never uttered any sound. I rang the shop and told them of my concerns and they didn't say much other than to give it more time. I have to say I have a lot of experience with budgies and I know they take time to adjust and as long as you spend a lot time and encourage them they will respond. However this little boy just seemed extremely timid. After a month or so things had not improved so I called again. I was concerned this little boy was very unhappy and again asked their advice, I was told to get another bird for him. I didn't want to do this as I wanted him to be my companion. I asked if I could return him, I did not want my money back I just wanted the little boy, if he was resold to be part of a pair. I was told the owner would call me to discuss it but they never did. I decided I would not call them back as they showed little regard for his well being. I have given him lots of mirrors which he thinks are other birds and he does seem happier now but he is never going to be a companion to me.

   2 lovely helpfull ladys . Helped me decide and i love my lttle buddy . Havent had him 24hrs yet and hes so tame comes on my hand lets me hold him rub his neck takes food from my hand must be because he comes from dedicated breader . Would recomend to anyone verry happy
