With this pharmacy I find i feel respected and very comfortable as a customer, I get treated with kindness and the utmost care is given to me each time I come to collect my medication. I have attended this pharmacy for quite some time now and I do not believe words would do justice to the care and compassion that Shahnaz has shown me each time. Like many who expect a grab and go when paying for a business’s services, she provides a whole experience that feels more than just the purchasing of products at your local pharmacy. I was shown exceptional hospitality during one of the coldest days of the month and was made to feel at home when she could have simply handed me the goods and a receipt to depart with. This is an example of what all customers don’t expect but would more than love to be welcomed to. An experience that brightens their day as soon as they walk through the door with the warmest of welcomes, warmth in the form of an interaction. It may not sound like much but It’s the little things that make businesses such as these the beaming light of a community and it’s people like her that keep customers coming back!

The pharmacy practice was my nominated chemist for about 2-3 years, sadly I have moved to the other side of Birmingham so I am no longer able to use this chemist. They have been terrific with me always had my monthly medication ready (maybe once or twice I’ve had to come back next day but never any later than that. There’s never any waiting around either they normally have it already bagged up and ready for you to collect. I’ve had a lot of trouble in the past with chemists, I struggle to even order my medication on time at the most of times, my previous chemist took my prescription and I didn’t get the medication until 8 days later. That’s when I moved here and it’s just been such peace of mind, knowing my medication is there and ready and I don’t have to worry about it. Unfortunately I am experiencing problems again with pharmacies in my new area, it seems there is little to no understanding or empathy from people who are supposed to be there to help us. So that’s why I am writing this review, it’s nice to see there are people out there that really do care about peoples wellbeing, thank you so much ladies for your service, keep doing what you are doing because you really are making a difference to peoples lives Regards EB 4 beechfield avenue
I wood just like to say that the manager at the pharmacy practice is very very helpfull when u go there with ur prescriptions . When the coronavirus pandemic was on she was so so reassuring customers by keeping them safe and having hand sanitizer on on the counter for customers to use and all so makeing sure that customers were only allowed in 3 at a time keeping 2-m distances so I would like to say whoever made that horrible comments and rude comments about the manager it's absolutely false and not true the manager would do anything to help customers and reassure them . She always has time for customers and very friendly so whoever makes bad Commons I'm sorry to say the problem lies with them I rate the chemist five star and beyond what does that mean if you say this just received this word I'll give it chemist five star and beyond what does that mean be on
The care and compassion that u receive from all the staff is second to none. Any problem that u have they will try to rectify. I dont think I've ever been to a pharmacy that does so much for their clients. I just read a comment regarding the practice manager and I have to wholeheartedly disagree. She is so warm and kind it doesn't ring true. I am so glad that I have such a brilliant, local pharmacy. When I moved to the area from another county they did their upmost to welcome me. Faultless service
Pharmacy assistants are nice and helpful. Dont really like the female manager-she comes across rude.
Excellent Customer Service, the pharmacist and the assistants will always go out of there way to assist you... You will never turn back disappointed. Highly recommended to family and friends.
