It's a very busy place with no organisation whatsoever. There are no signs on which side the queues are meant to be therefore customers get confused and there are disagreements between them about who needs to be served 1st. But the most disappointing thing is that the staff serving will not intervene and will ignore you

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They are much better than my GP practice, for a start off they are always available and they remember regular customers. They get to know regular customers making prescription collections more pleasant. They offer free delivery for prescription if needed.
