Couldn’t rate the Bromsgrove store enough for all your pet needs. I have had terrible gut issues with my puppy and Charlie has been amazing! The knowledge she has is incredible 10/10
Highly recommend. The staff were knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. I was looking for some small animal clippers. I asked a staff member, called Hope. They checked the stock and saw that the store didn’t have any. Lee then offered to phone another store to check if they had the stock to put it behind the till for me to go and collect later. They were both great to chat to and you could really tell the passion and love for animals. Thanks for your help today!
Really super store in Bromsgrove. Lee and Lesley are so helpful and customer caring. Whenever I have any canine related issues they really try to help me. They also welcome my two dogs so they look forward to visiting too.
Service always good, this is where we buy our dog treats from. Dogs are welcome in the store and often get a treat.
Thank you to Chris :) I went in for some shampoo and a brush for our German shepherd who had greasy fur and who has sensitive skin as she has Leish. Chris recommended an excellent brush that she will tolerate and the shampoo smelt amazing. There is also a young woman who works there, she is fabulous, friendly and has tolerated me showing pictures of my dog while incessantly talking about my dog. Thank you for always making me welcome in store guys ❤️
Excellent selection of premium pet foods including raw cat food such as Purrform
I cannot emphasise how great this shop is. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. I have a young puppy and they were able to point out suitable items to chew. They also helped me with the right size ball as well to reduce risk of choking. There is such a variety for dogs in this store its like a deli for dogs. I don't go anywhere else now for anything doggy!
Mainly visit for reptile live food & replacement bulbs. Always have what I'm looking for nice feeders
