Prices are ridiculous and the staff are so rude and unprofessional, don’t even get me started on the quality of the products! Poor poor standard will not be going back

I can't recommend this store enough! It is quite literally your one-stop shop for everything good and nutritious for your dog. I went in not 100% sure which raw food I was going to feed my dog and came out absolutely confident that what I am feeding him is the best, premium food for him. They were patient and so helpful. Raw food, natural treats, toys, beds, cleaning products, bathing products, training treats/accessories, you name it, they have it! You don't need to go anywhere else for your dogs needs. Forget pets at home and high chain stores, these guys have everything you'd need to raise your dog right. Shop local, shop your smaller businesses.
I was reccomended by my friend who also owns a cane corso! Happy to say I am not disappointed one single bit! They stock everything! Not only over 7 raw food brands stocked in their freezers but natural treats, whelping stuff, bedding! Toys!!! I couldn’t believe the range they stock and the prices they put on them. Have to say best in BRUM. Thank you to the team also who helped bring my box of Southcliffe to my car. Wonderful service.Will be returning!
I would highly recommend this shop for your pet food. The guys are so helpful and polite. I'm disabled and every time I go to them they get me wat I want and pack my bags for me. They make you feel so welcome. Big thank you to lads for everything you do for me and you deserve the five stars I have given you.

I’ve made 2 orders from this shop and I’m very satisfied with how they dealt with them both. Both orders came very quickly and were packed well. The meat was still frozen and my dogs are enjoying their meals. I will continue to order from here!
