   We are now the proud (and slightly terrified) owners of a tiny kitten for our daughter’s birthday. Being absolutely clueless cat owners, we trusted a popular online platform to deliver the essentials... only for half of it to go missing in the post. Typical. ​The kitten arrived today, so panic set in—until Google Maps pointed me here. Honestly, being open until 8 PM is a godsend when everywhere else has shut up shop. ​The store is brilliant—proper sections for puppies and kittens, so I managed to get everything sorted in record time. It’s smack in the middle of Lion Retail Park as well, which means loads of parking (no faffing about) and you can cheekily smash out the grocery shop while you're there. ​Massive thanks to the staff member who helped me—I didn't catch your name, but you’re a legend for the advice. ​Top tip: If you need the real deep-dive expertise, make a beeline for the more senior-looking team members. They are absolute fountains of knowledge. Cracking spot in Woking!

   Very helpful and friendly staff. Frequently drop in and to pick up click and collect orders. Not related to the store but it would be good if they could have their own designated parking space for when collecting large deliveries!

   I have p@h bear me but I pop into this one sometimes if im passing. Staff are lovely and helpful, its clean and tidy. They offer to help carry heavy items to the car. The little pets in store are well cared for and their environment is always spotless with clean bedding and lits of food and water

   We came in today unsure on whether a hamster would be the best fit for our home. Jessica was amazing; well informed and answering any and all questions my partner and I had. She was very helpful, even taking the time to help us pick things out to give our hamster a safe and comfortable home.

   Beware. Disrespectful and Rude member of staff! My review is not about the products or the pets, it's about the ''customer service'' in this store. I believe that the manager of this store should teach the staff some manners, and not just about pet care. The last time I visited, after waiting for more than 15 minutes, I had to call for assistance since nobody was coming over at the fish department. I then spoke with a shop assistant in the fish department, the teenaged girl serving seemed knowledgable about fish care, unfortunately she knew nothing about good manners. I kindly pointed out to her that she should be more polite and her reply was ''why do I have to be polite with the customers?'' I briefly explained to her that addressing the customer with respect is the correct way to do her job. I have no doubt it went into deaf ears. I would not recommend this pet store to anyone.

   Fantastic staff - big thank you to Rob who helped me when I first arrived - no idea what I was doing and he was great - helpful and informative. Been back and every staff member I have dealt with is fantastic. Your customer service is exceptional, your staff actually look like they enjoy working at the store.
