We unfortunately had to put our beloved dog down due to old age and kidney problems. The staff were all wonderful and kind. We had a nice room for as long as we wanted, we werent rushed to say our goodbyes, and they were gentle and calming to our dog. Afterwards they gave us a pawprint and a cutting of her fur. It wasnt an easy day but they made it as gentle an experience we could have hoped for. Thank you so much, we couldnt have wished for better care.

Fantastic vets, And my poor pup was attacked in the park and had a nasty cut under his eye. Managed to get an appointment & treatment quickly. Everyone I spoke to was so lovely, Made what was a shocking experience for me & my dog so much easier to deal with. Highly recommend

Have had good experiences at this vet so todays poor review is based on my experience today. Vet was 15 minutes late for an appointment for a Animal Health Certificate. When I initially saw vet she said it would take 20 minutes to complete paperwork. There was no check of the dog beyond scanning the microchip (which may be completely acceptable). I then waited 40 minutes before being called back to sign a form. I was then sent away for another 30 minutes. It was basically 1 hour 40 minutes from appointment time to getting given completed form. Can’t help thinking whole process was deliberately drawn out to warrant astronomical £279 cost of form which basically is a piece of paper which links the microchip to evidence of her having had a rabies vaccination.

Took my two cats Jinx and Buster to this Vets, initially for a heath check up and then to have them "done". The receptionist was really nice and interested in my cats. The vet was great..she talked me through the health check and was very thorough. She explained payment option because I was worried, and it made me feel much better. Really pleased to have a health plan for my cats.
