   Minimum stay 3 days and the person on the phone, with no evidence, said all catteries in the area are "the same". Thankfully we've found some more accommodating businesses in the area. Response to the business: Please remove my first name from your response as it is in breach of privacy laws.

   Pinewood Cattery is spotlessly clean and all cats are well cared for. Sam and her team worked around our recent house move and what seemed like forever changing move dates. Our girls Boo & Willow were well cared for and actually came home friends than sibling rivals. Thank you Pinewood, we will see you again in October.

   Our cats stayed at Pinewood Cattery for the first time and I couldn’t be happier. All the staff I met were so friendly and it was lovely to be able to settle your cats yourself in their temporary home. The cattery is spotlessly clean, staff highly professional but with huge warmth towards the cats. Both cats came home very content and tummies full! Thank you Sam and team.

   I couldn’t recommend Pinewood enough. Sam and the team genuinely care about the cats and treat them so well. Our cats always come home very happy! Also we had an occasion where our cat became ill while we were on holiday which was stressful but the communication and care from Sam and the team was excellent. We were rest assured she was in good hands. Thanks Pinewood!

   Pinewood is the best cattery we’ve found in the area. We’ve tried others and really not been happy. At Pinewood the cats get some individual attention and interaction each day which is hugely important to us. Our cat hates leaving home but always seems happy when we pick her up from Pinewood. It’d be amazing if there was a web-cam so we could see how the cat’s doing when we’re away.

   We've been taking our cats to Pinewood Cattery since 2003 and we're still so happy with how they are looked after. The amazingly caring and passionate staff go beyond what's expected. The cattery is kept beautifully and is very peaceful. As a result, we never, ever have to worry about our beloved kitties when we're on holiday. Highly recommended!

   Always leave our two cats here when we go on holiday, friendly staff who really seem like they love our cats as much as we do. The cats always seem content when we come pick them up. The runs are a good size and have heat lamps for the colder evenings. Cattery in a really quiet and tranquil setting.

   Beautiful caring staff, lovely situation, the only place I will ever leave my cat. The cabins are sheltered with an indoor section with a bed and heat lamp. Lots of climbing spaces and shelves to perch on. You can look at them before you book, and you get to settle your cat in the cabin yourself. They call straight away if there is anything unusual. My family now use them too for their older cats. Mine is an grumpy rescue girl, they understand cats and have worked with her super well.
