Stayed for 3 nights whilst helping my son move house in Guildford. The apartment is lovely, clean, and quiet. Our host, Nigel, was very friendly and accommodating. The big plus for us were the electric car chargers on site. We will definitely be staying again when we visit my son!
We found the apartments by accident and are so pleased we did. The owner made us feel so very welcome and helpful. The rooms were amazing and we would without doubt recommend to family and friends
Each 5 star rating maybe looked at with a bit of scepticism, but that is not the case here. Thank you Nigel, my wife and I had a lovely relaxing stay. The studio room was complete with all the items you might need at home, from the ironing board to the coffee machine, All in a very clever design, open a cupboard and be surprised :) The hindsight of 2 EV Chargers (free) shows the thoughtfulness of future proofing. Extra sundries were offered , like milk, fresh orange, tea, coffee during our stay. Added information on the local area, places to eat and POI was detailed and varied. We love watching the horses from the gazebo. If we are in the area again, we would love to stay again. Thank you Nigel
My sister and I stayed for over a week and loved it. For a very reasonable price you get a great sized room....delicious nespresso coffee....with the option to have cereal. You can also choose to microwave a tasty evening waitrose snack whilst watching Netflix. Best of all...You get a room with a view....a beautiful view and a gracious and talented host - Nigel who actually built the rooms himself...well loved, super clean and cared for...so go for it people..book a room!
We were so delighted to find such an amazing place to stay in whilst we were getting ready to move to our new home. The attention to detail, the quality of the accommodation and the genuine care we felt from our host Nigel exceeded expectations. Honestly, if we could give it more stars we would. Highly recommend.
This is the first Airbnb we have stopped in and what a find. Nigel has pulled out all the stops to make this an amazing experience. The Apartment was spotless and even had Air Conditioning which was a real bonus in the hot weather. Nigel was a wealth of information on where to eat and drink and could not have been more welcoming. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hillside Farm Barn to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
Booked Hillside Farm Barn for a 2 night stay. Its easy accessible from London but feels like a complete different place! Such a lovely, quiet area and the studio itself is stunning. Personally thought it was larger than expected and everything you need is in there. Nigel and Vicky are very friendly and helpful and staying here had a much more personal touch than any hotel. Planned to venture out on the Saturday but the weather wasn't great so stayed in and binge watched movies instead (the TV has access to netflix, iPlayer, chromecast etc). Can't wait to stay again but for longer as 2 nights flew by!
