   This is the first Cattery we've ever used and we are so happy we've found Oak Ride! Communication was excellent from the get-go with my questions answered very speedily. We hadn't booked our kitten (Gumption) in for an extra day but they were more than happy to accommodate us. Also is the best price I have found locally. I wish I caught the name of the lovely lady at the desk. She was bubbly, helpful and very friendly.

   The cattery at Oak Ride is brilliant! The team are so lovely, they clearly love the animals and care for them amazingly. The first time we took our cat she was quite nervous but the team gave her so much attention that she settled quickly and had a great stay. The team were also great at sending through photos and email updates to us which put our mind at rest. Our cat has now completed two stays at Oak Ride with a third booked for the summer and every time she has come back happy and healthy. Thank you Oak Ride!

   Rex had been lame for a while then had his operation. His hind legs were all out of kilter. The hydro therapy was great fun and they really helped sort the poor mite out. And it was fun to watch him in the tank too! Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

   A really friendly, efficient and professional grooming service. We have one of our dogs booked in for regular hydrotherapy and Oak Ride coordinated this with getting our most recent rescue thoroughly scrubbed and shampooed in their walk-in shower (during a lunch break!) as he is too big to get in the grooming salon bath. We took away a different coloured dog to the one we brought in! Very good value for money, we could never have got the same results at home or done it as safely as here. Highly recommended.

   Due to Covid our 3 dogs had an extended stay at Oak Ride Farm as we could not return home as planned from a holiday. We are so incredibly grateful for all the love and care that they received over this time. The understanding and kindness went a very long way in making our situation less stressful, and our dogs safety and wellbeing was one less thing to worry about. We are so grateful that our dogs are always so loved and cared for during their stays. Thank you!!!

   I’ve been taking my senior Labrador ladies to Oak Ride Farm for Hydrotherapy since 2017. Its a highlight of their week. Weekly sessions have made such a difference to them, its been essential to their well being. Do we recommend Oak Ride Farm? Yes....absolutely! We travel 23 miles to get here.    I have been using Oakride for my dog Nell for several years and have always been very pleased with the level of care and attention she receives each and every time. She is always more than happy to jump out of the car when I drop her off and each staff member greets her with genuine enthusiasm and affection - which, being a springer spaniel she returns in full measure! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
