“I don’t usually write reviews but this world is always full of negativity and I wanted to say something positive. I’ve taken my 2 Doxiepoo’s to Pet-a-pawter for around 6 months now, regularly (every 6 weeks) I’d had a bad experience one day with the groom room so I contacted them by chance, explained my difficulty and my situation, they fitted me in the next morning at a squeeze. This wasn’t because they weren’t inundated, but because the ladies working here are genuine and caring. Every experience since has been great. I confused my dates for one appointment and the communication I received after missing the appointment was kind and considerate. My girls are always happy for the rest of the day after leaving there. “Nini has been walking my dog for six years and is someone I can trust fully to take care of her on walks and when we go on holiday. My dog is quite nervous but she loves staying with Nini as she has a calm and home from home environment. Nini loves all her dogs which is easy to see with the videos she sends from the walks. You can see all the dogs are happy and enjoy being with each other. I really would be lost without you Nini! Thank you.”

“Amazing! Vanessa was a doggy chaperone for our wedding day and did an absolutely amazing job. She came round the week before to get to know our pup and was so good with her right from the start. On the day she was nothing short of perfect, taking her to the ceremony then the reception then took her home and dog sat until the late evening. “My dog actually enjoys his groom here. My only complaint is that they are so popular that I often have to wait a couple of weeks to get my dog booked in for his groom! He always comes away looking really dapper and they recommended in the summer that I have him clipped for the hot weather and he loved having such short hair.”
