   I left my beloved cat Sylvester in the care of Sarah at Pet Pals. He settled in very quickly and was very comfortable. When I picked Sylvester up a few weeks later he was in great shape and didn’t seem to want to leave. The Cattery is very clean - recommended.

   My husband found Petpals Boarding on Google after our cat sitter fell through. Admittedly I was apprehensive with leaving our 2 year old cat at another cattery after the first experience so went for a viewing. Sarah was very reassuring and accommodating and answered any questions I had. She’s very honest and her experience shows so I booked my cat in without hesitation. My cat was well looked after and didn’t show any distress. I’ll definitely be using Petpals Boarding again in the future.

Sarah is very professional and caring with the cats and has helped us out in our hour of need when we had a flight cancellation and couldn’t get home for three days!    We used Pet Pals Boarding Cattery for our previous cat quite a few times. She was always really well looked after by Sarah and was happy to be there, even when she stayed for over a month when we were having building work done. Our new cat had her first visit in October - she is quite nervous so took her own blanket and toys. Sarah is always very welcoming and clearly cares about the cats she is looking after.    This is an amazing cattery. My kitten stayed here for the first time in July and I was a little worried as he was only 4 months old however I did not need to as he was so very cared for and well looked after. The staff are very professional and operate a high standard of care for your pets as well as good customer service to their clients.

   Pet Pals is an excellent cattery and Sarah is absolutely terrific with our two cats. One of our cats has diabetes so needs extra help and Sarah has been very caring. They both seem very much at home whenever they stay there - warm, comfortable and well looked after. Sarah is also very flexible and accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. We recommend Pet Pals very highly!
