“Pet Pals is an excellent cattery and Sarah is absolutely terrific with our two cats. One of our cats has diabetes so needs extra help and Sarah has been very caring. They both seem very much at home whenever they stay there - warm, comfortable and well looked after. Sarah is also very flexible and accommodating, and nothing is too much trouble. We recommend Pet Pals very highly!”

“Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the animals she looks after so we knew our girls were in safe hands. Reasonably priced. Stress free. The team here are excellent - always friendly and helpful and have a genuine love for animals. We think stock is reasonably priced and enjoy letting our dog choose a treat or toy. “100% the best pharmacy clinic I’ve ever been to. Kamal is SO accommodating. We had our 2 year olds blood taken and he specially called a nurse with experience in kids blood draws for us, he centrifuged our samples, packaged them, and gave them to FedEx. We had given some instructions on how to centrifuge the blood test over email and on the day he had printed them out, he went over the instructions many times and was SO thorough. Even though my 2 year old was making lots of noise during the blood draw, Kamal was so kind and reassuring. If you have kids who are scared of blood draws, or need complex samples taken that need to be picked up by a courier THIS is where you need to go. There was a very friendly Indian gentleman also there (sorry I don’t remember your name) but he was really lovely and positive. We didn’t feel rushed, or like a nuisance, the nurse Joyce was VERY well experienced and a pro with kids. The pharmacy was in a beautiful location, well organised, brightly lit and clean! 100/100 would recommend. Thank you Kamal, Joyce, and everyone there!”

I was looking for food to transition into for the future for my cocker spaniel and Katie was really helpful in providing information around the different brands and suggesting appropriate food. “My dog hurt his left back leg jumping off a small wall, My local branch was closed so I was redirected to the Dartford branch, which offers a 24hour service. the vet checked his leg nothing broken so I was given anti inflamatory medicine. I was very happy with the service I received.”

The lovely lady who was the vet took me to a room and explained the reason as to why my cat passed. She was so lovely and really listened to what I had to say and really looked after me. They stock a wide range of different dog food in various sizes and I have never not been able to buy the food I need. They stock a wide range of healthy treats for pets, which is great as my dog loves treats! The staff are always friendly and helpful. “Even though Vets are extremely busy at the moment you never feel rushed when with the vet. I took my 12 week old puppy in for a general check up and the vet was kind and very thorough. I have been with this veterinary practice for 16 months when I bought home my first puppy and they have been brilliant with her too. She has had some digestive problems and a reaction to stitches after an operation, they have always been kind, thoughtful and kept me informed. This happened through lockdown so was a very stressful time but they communicated with me by phone and emails and were amazing.”
