“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. “Steve was my hero. Our cat Lily was due to stay with our daughter but she was unable to have her. So the day before we were due to go on holiday I rang Steve. We were in luck he had, had a cancellation. Steve reassured us that Lily would be fine, he asked what food she preferred and biscuits etc. Made sure all her injections were up to date. When we dropped her of he took her to her holiday home. Steve kindly let us pick her up a little earlier due to M25 bring busy and his wife Melinda explained how Lily had been, when she had eaten etc. We will happily leave Lily at The Ark in future and found them very friendly and caring. Great value to.”

“My husky stayed here for 7 days while i was away, the ladies at the kennel were amazing so caring and friendly and my dog immediately felt comfortable around them. My dog was well looked after and the groomer deshedded my dog before she came home which was very kind of them to do. Definitely recommend and will be using this kennel again. Thank you”

“Have become a repeat customer! Super happy with the service at Mutts n Moggies. We were recommended this cattery by our vets (Family Friends Vets) and they were not wrong about how great it is! My cat had his own pen, perfect given he is an indoor cat and used to being alone. The pen was super clean when I came to pick him up and he seemed content to stay there. Will definitely be using this cattery again! To take this beyond the 10/10 service offered, I would be really keen to see a discount for those with Family Friends Vets, or a reward system where the 8th visit or something is free. But honestly, it is a great service as is for cats :)”

She loved the team, they were so kind and reassuring. When we came back to pick her up she looked amazing and was such a happy girl.
