   Jumanji Pets is an exceptional shop to explore. Their staff possesses extensive knowledge about their animals and provides excellent customer care. Our visit was truly enjoyable, and despite initially looking for reptile food, we unexpectedly left with a pair of birds.

   This was the first time that I visited this pet shop as it was recommended to me. I went in to purchase a pair of goldfish as I had recently lost my own fish. The young gentleman that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the fish that I purchased and made the whole experience a very positive one. I will certainly visit this pet shop again and would recommend for anyone to go there.

   It's been about a month since I've adopted my Black Moor, a very happy little lad. The lady let me pick which one I wanted which I really liked as I wanted the smallest one! I'm no expert in fish keeping but he seems relaxed but non lethargic! Bare in mind you will be asked how big your tank is and weather or not you've got filters/heaters. Unfortunately, I had no picture of my tank at the time but I assured the lady my tank was of standard size and had a filter as well as air pump and she was happy to sell to me. In the aquarium section they had these GORGEOUS multicoloured guppies which I was super tempted to get however my research had only extended to the keeping of black moors so I decided to stay faithful haha. If you're interested in buying a black more from here, from what I saw there were some larger 10cm ones and some smaller 5cm-ish ones. Sometimes black moors have their backs swooping upwards however I liked how their bodies had more of a streamline egg shape. (if this is relevant to anyone) It was a bit sad to see these adorable birds kept in cages but hey- a pet shop is a pet shop! They had a huge range of pet supplies and I will definitely be visiting again for a restock of supplies and maybe another fish! The people working there definitely know what they're doing! Thanks for the great experience!

   Nice shop, knowledgeable staff and I note they will not sell goldfish to put in bowls - this is a sign of a responsible business. I bought some plants from here which my goldfish have now thoroughly destroyed and eaten so I will have to come back.

   I highly recommend Jumanji Pets to any pet enthusiast in the area or anywhere in London. They have everything you need from Aquarium Fish/ Reptiles/ Cats/ Dogs/ Birds and Rodents. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The owner is very personable and he has fountain of knowledge with experience, which he's always happy to share for any help or advice you may need. Very well priced, great variety of products and pleasant service always. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   I rescued 4 neride snails from the streets and called to see if they would kindly accept them as I do not possess a fish tank and they were on survival mode with me.the lady on the phone was kind and accepted to take them in. We (unfortunately) lost one before we brought them this morning at opening (9am), but the shop was still closed. We stayed until 9.20 but still nothing and we had to attend a medical appointment so I left them in a bag and with a note on top hoping that a member of staff would take them as soon as they would open. As a neighbour was out, I let her know of the situation. Any update would be greatly appreciated. At least know that they're now OK.

   The staff really care about the animals’ welfare, especially the girl that helped me. I got my show grade hamster from here, which is ethically bred (unlike Pets At Home where they are supplied by breeding mills) and a lot chunkier than standard hamsters. I’ve had him since December and he’s bonded to me really quickly. I would come back here to buy another pet in the future
