My rather old cat has been staying at Crayside since he was under 1 year old on a regular basis. The owners and their staff clearly love cats. The Cattery is clean and the cats have excellent accommodation. Heat lamps are provided for comfort on colder days and nights. An excellent home away from home retreat for cats.
Having to leave our very nervous old cat for a three week stay we were recommended by a relative to Crayside. After a visit there we felt satisfied that she would be well cared for after meeting the people there, and a customer collecting her cat spoke highly of the care. On our holiday we received some lovely videos sent by staff to show our happy cat purring away, and that was so reassuring. We totally recommend Crayside for all the care, attention and cleanliness too, definitely would use again if need arises.
Our cat Boris has stayed at Crayside Cattery twice now, and each time we are reminded why we would never take him anywhere else. The whole place is spotless, calm, and genuinely caring. The staff are wonderfully patient with us too — we even got a lovely video update, which completely put our minds at ease. It honestly feels like a 5-star hotel for cats! Review for Crayside Cattery We recently boarded our two cats, Teddy and Stanley, at Crayside Cattery, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that everyone truly cares about the animals. They are all so friendly, professional, and eager to make sure Teddy and Stanley were comfortable and well taken care of. The cattery itself is great. The pens were secure and spacious, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Each pen had a heating lamp to keep the cats warm, which is especially comforting during colder months. It was clear that the environment is well-maintained and designed with the pets’ comfort in mind. All in all, we highly recommend Crayside Cattery for anyone looking for a reliable and caring place to leave their pets. The staff’s warmth and the secure, cozy facilities made all the difference for us. We’ll definitely be bringing Teddy and Stanley back next time!
Just picked up our 2 babies from this amazing Cattery and wanted to let everyone know how brilliant they are. Firstly the owners and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and secondly they look after your cats as if they were their own. The cats had a great holiday of their own. It’s not easy leaving your pets with someone else to look after but honestly if you need a Cattery please think of Crayside as they are truly brilliant. Will most definitely be using them again.
Couldn't recommend this cattery enough! Kathy and Simon take great care in what they do and all the fur babies are very well cared for which you can clearly see when you visit. They are very kind and friendly people, Kathy was also very helpful squeezing me in on a last minute booking due to another problem at another cattery. This was the first time my Cleo had stayed away while we went on holiday and I was very worried about leaving her. As soon as I arrived I instantly felt relaxed. The facilties are superbly maintained and the accommodation is spotlessly clean! There is a very relaxed atmosphere here and all of the cats seemed very happy. Cleo has returned home very happy and can clearly see she has been cared for very well. Will definitely be using you again and will recommend to everyone x
Absolutely great cattery! Our cat was very well taken care of. We especially liked it that Kathy and Simon sent us a video of our cat while we were away. It was very helpful to watch her and know that she was well. We will definitely ask them to take care of our cat again. Thank you very much!
We couldn’t recommend Crayside Cattery enough!! My husband and I were going to be abroad for just over two weeks and it would be the first time we would place our little kitten in a Cattery. Of course this came with much worry and anxiety, because she was quite young and we wanted to be sure our Quinn would be properly cared for while we were away. When we visited the Cattery, I was immediately put at ease. Kathy and Simon are the most kind and caring people. We could tell they loved what they do and that Quinn would be in safe hands. The facilities were clean and there was plenty of room for their cat guests to move around. They were more than happy to show us their grounds to ensure we were happy before we made any decision in confirming a booking. When we dropped Quinn off, they fussed over her straightaway! They did everything they could to make Quinn feel safe and comfortable. Whilst we were away, we received updates and a video. We were so relieved to see that Quinn felt right at home and was getting so much attention! At the time we collected Quinn, she looked happy and healthy - all we could ask for. Our cats have just returned from their second stay at Crayside and we highly recommend this wonderful cattery. The kennels are spacious and clean and also have a cat tree so they can keep watch over the lovely gardens. Simon, Kathy and the team are so friendly and accommodating and obviously love cats. We were lucky enough to have a facebook video of our two so we could see how well they were doing as I was just a bit worried about them. Thank you so much for looking after them, Stella
