   Finlay recently had his first stay at Longcroft luxury hotel. From my first contact with Jenny, I felt reassured that he was going to receive first class care. Jenny sent frequent updates and photo's. Finlay stayed in an extremely clean room and received personalised care and a stimulating environment (toys and trees). Jenny even went into play with him. It was reassuring to know that he was happy and loved during his visit and will be going again in the new year!

   I recently booked a stay at the Luxury Cat Hotel Chelmsford for my handsome boy Luca while we were away, and I honestly cannot praise this place enough. From the moment we arrived, Jenny made everything feel effortless. She was so welcoming, gentle and genuinely caring the kind of person you instantly trust with your fur baby. Luca settled in so quickly, which says everything about the environment Jenny has created. His suite was spotless, cosy and beautifully prepared, and I absolutely loved the personal touch of having his name displayed at the entrance of his room it made the whole experience feel even more special and thoughtful. Each suite is given the same love and personal attention, creating a true sense of comfort and home. Throughout his stay, Jenny kept me updated with the sweetest photos and messages, letting me know how well Luca was doing. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing he was not only safe, but genuinely happy and relaxed. Jenny is an absolute gem warm-hearted, attentive and incredibly dedicated. You can see how much she loves and understands cats, and it shows in the way she treats every little guest like her own. Luca adored her, and I’m so grateful for the care and affection she gave him while we were away. I wholeheartedly recommend the Luxury Cat Hotel Chelmsford to anyone looking for exceptional care, luxury accommodation, and a truly personal touch. Luca will definitely be returning — and honestly, I think he might have enjoyed his little holiday just as much as we did!

   My husband and i were anxious putting our little Bertie into a place for two weeks but now we are back we definately didn't need to worry! Jenny and Ian are clearly very invested in how they care for the cats they look after and their love for their care is evident. Whilst we were away Jenny sent plenty of photos and updates which we were so pleased with. Bertie settled in straight away and when we went to pick him up he didn't want to go home and wanted to stay in his bed or give Jenny cuddles!! We also received a goody bag which was a lovely touch. We would have no hesitation in booking Bertie into this amazing hotel again! Thank you Jenny and Ian, you were amazing in looking after our Bertie ❤️

   Fantastic, i was going away for 3 weeks and with it being so long decided my cats needed a propper place. Longcroft Chelmsford (Jenny) was amazing. With the pictures i received and updates i felt comfortable knowing my Queens are extremely looked after.

   After viewing so many normal catteries we stumbled across Longcroft luxury cat hotel at Chelmsford for our two 6 month old, very active, Bengal kittens and we were so happy! I’m a very fussy cat-mum and really struggled to find anywhere that I was happy to leave my furbabies until I came and visited Tim at Longcroft. He really seemed to care and love all his furry guests and really put all my worries aside. The “suites” are immaculate, beautifully decorated and they had a great space with large, sturdy cat tree and lovely bedroom area with bed and Tim also brought in a water drinking fountain especially for the kittens to use which they loved and as it was hot they had their own fan too. We also took along a lot of their home comforts and toys which was welcomed. Every day whilst we were away we got lovely updates and or photos and a really lovely postcard “from the cats” on their last day. It really did put us at ease seeing them relax into their holiday home. Every evening the kids would ask if we’d heard from the cats yet :-) When we collected Bobby and Dolly they seemed very happy and relaxed (as did all the cats in their care!) which was just so lovely.    Claire and Tim did an amazing job looking after my special girl, Ripley. This was her first time away from home for a long period of time, and she happily settled into her suite with no trouble at all. With constant updates and pictures, my mind was put at ease, which helped me enjoy my holiday and not worry about her. Ripley will definitely make a return visit on my next holiday, as I know she will receive the best care and attention she desires.

   I had booked 2 of my cats Mia and Noah in for a 8 day stay and was very nervous to leave them as I have never used a cat hotel or cattery before. I was really upset on the day I left them but was excited to see constant updates from Claire and Tim with photos of both of them whilst I was away. Mia seemed to have settled in more or less straight away with Noah taking a little longer to settle down only as he was very nervous. The facilities are definitely 5*, 10/10 and both of them had an outdoor section that had a climbing cat tree which they both loved plus indoor section with heating and a soft fluffy bed for them both to cuddle in including a litter tray each. They were pampered and very well looked after and I could not have asked for a better place for them both to be kept at. I 100% recommended Claire and Tim at Longcroft Chelmsford and will definitely be returning with Mia and Noah including my 3rd cat Milo that sadly missed out as he was being looked after my sister at the time. On the day I picked them both up they didn't want to leave but when I finally got them in their carriers they were also gifted with a goodbye present from both Claire and Tim which I thought was such a lovely gesture. I would really like to thank both Claire and Tim for their wonderful hospitality and 5* care for Mia and Noah whilst I was away. Mia and Noah will miss you both but will definitely look forward to their next holiday with you! They are happily reunited with Milo who is 100% jealous haha Thanks, Julie x

   My cat Snowbell has just spent 2 weeks at Longcroft and I can't praise Claire and Tim enough. I have only had Snowbell since September so I was nervous about leaving her for 2 weeks, but I needn't have worried Claire and Tim took excellent care of her and I got updates and photos every couple of days of how Snowbell was getting along . Longcroft will be my first call when I next go on holiday, as I know what great care they give I can not recommend them enough

   Our cats wellbeing is our top priority when we have to leave town and we are so delighted to have found Claire and Tim! The suite that our two cats shared was clean, comfortable and bright. One of our cats is a tripod (three legged) and Claire and Tim made sure that the suite was equipped with a set of stairs for Hattie and they were unfazed by any needs that she had. They looked after the cats as if they were their own, and we won't take our cats anywhere else to be looked after.

   My 3 boys stayed at Chelmsford long Croft luxury cat hotel last week for 8 days. Claire sent me lovely photos of my boys enjoying their holiday. Also the boys got a bag of goodies to bring home with them. Claire & Tim said my boys were so good. I was so happy with the way the family looked after my boys, I highly recommend this place. Give it a try you want want to put ur babies anywhere else!!
