“100% the best pharmacy clinic I’ve ever been to. Kamal is SO accommodating. We had our 2 year olds blood taken and he specially called a nurse with experience in kids blood draws for us, he centrifuged our samples, packaged them, and gave them to FedEx. We had given some instructions on how to centrifuge the blood test over email and on the day he had printed them out, he went over the instructions many times and was SO thorough. Even though my 2 year old was making lots of noise during the blood draw, Kamal was so kind and reassuring. If you have kids who are scared of blood draws, or need complex samples taken that need to be picked up by a courier THIS is where you need to go. There was a very friendly Indian gentleman also there (sorry I don’t remember your name) but he was really lovely and positive. We didn’t feel rushed, or like a nuisance, the nurse Joyce was VERY well experienced and a pro with kids. The pharmacy was in a beautiful location, well organised, brightly lit and clean! 100/100 would recommend. Thank you Kamal, Joyce, and everyone there!”

“Needed a covid-19 test for travel at very short notice. Excellent customer service from staff and Neil who administered the test was supper friendly and explained in detail the whole procedure. Rapid results time. If you are flying soon I would defiantly recommend as its better to have a great and comfortable experience than having a bad. So I would strongly recommend this place if your travelling for the Christmas or in the future.”

“Excellent pharmacy run very smoothly by an excellent team of highly knowledgeable and professional individuals. Saved me from waiting over 8 hours at Northwickpark hospital A&E with a foster child. Saw a leaflet displayed at the hospital- contacted Shivakem via email as they are my local chemist and I've been going to them for a number of years- within 5mins of my email I received a call Confirming that they are able to help me and I should bring the child straight there. I couldn't be grateful enough as Shreena saved over 8 hours of my life life waiting at the A&E !! The child was seen to more or less within 5mins of me getting him there, after a check up- medication issued! If only this service was available years ago it would have saved soo many hours of waiting and stress for people likes of myself and lesson the burden on the crippling NHS hospital A&E. Shivakem a highly commendable family run business- run by very respectful, efficient and professional individuals!!!”

“I am a regular visitor to this store because it's the only local place that stocks the dog food my dog eats. They stock a wide range of different dog food in various sizes and I have never not been able to buy the food I need. They stock a wide range of healthy treats for pets, which is great as my dog loves treats! The staff are always friendly and helpful. However they treat everyone here equally and keep you updated as the earlier appointments do run over. Card payment is accepted here I wasn't sure about cash tho. Big waiting area so no issues there. Also the car park is free to use for customers only. Plenty of space and also they have disabled bays.”
