An elderly relative returned a Clarins moisturiser because when she opened tube there was nothing in it. She was give 3 small samples no money back is this correct ! Surely she should have received her money back . What were the 3 samples for ??

An excellent service. Nikita was professional, friendly and full of good additional travel advice. Booking online was easy to do and there was lots of availability. I would definitely recommend using Riverside pharmacy for travel immunisations.
Majority of my visits here are to pick up prescriptions. They are always happy to provide information and have on occasion gone out of their way to fast track prescriptions from my GP surgery when I’ve messed up reordering. The staff are all wonderful, taking time to engage and ask how i am. The sort of place where the staff can see you outside of their work and still stop to chat. Cant recommend highly enough.

I had Ear Microsuction performed today at Riverside Pharmacy, Rickmansworth. The procedure was painless and carried out successfully in a private room which was very comfortable/well appointed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
After 2 weeks of being deaf in my right ear Nikita worked her magic and micro-suctioned my ears so that I could hear again. She is brilliant. So professional, knowledgeable and skilful. I would thoroughly recommend a visit.
