“Rooms were great. Super comfortable, working air-conditioning, extra tea and coffee was a plus. Late check out was a pleasant surprise. I believe we had a newer member of staff greet us and got the location of the room a little confused, but cheerful, helpful and friendly demeanor. Location is great. Easy to get to, close to some great pubs and restaurants. Easy onward travel to London.”

She kept them company, provided a stimulating environment and updated us regularly with pictures. “All I can say is WOW! I took my male pomeranian to the pup shack today after only booking yesterday and Nadine was absolutely amazing!! Didn’t mind me waiting with my mums prized pom and the attention to detail and loving care she showed my boy was outstanding!!! The cut is amazing and my pom who is normally so scared of strangers took to her so well!! Finally found an amazing groomer local to both my home and Work whom I trust with my fur babies. Her customer service was second to none. Also, we sent out laundry and I was so impressed with how quickly it was returned. It couldn’t have taken more than 90 min! “This B/B was the most perfect location to stay in absolute comfort and attention for visiting Harry potter studio tours, we took our 8 year old grandson and booked the wizardry room as a surprise and when we arrived Marrick met us at reception and he was so friendly and took us to a double room, my grandson was a little bit bored, then he said wrong one and took him to the Harry potter room Elliots face was just amazing to witness, I can only sum this B/B in a few words Room perfect, management perfect, Continental breakfast perfect, location perfect, value for money perfect. “Garry take my puppy out for a walk once a week, and the pup has a blast. Every time Garry picks him up, the little critter doesn't even want to say goodbye. What is lovely is that Garry sends through videos of the puppy walking, playing and socialising with other dogs. When the pup comes home, he is happy and tired and almost immediately dozes off for a good nap. Garry is also very punctual flexible, which is lovely - thank you Garry for being the highlight of my pup's week!”
