   The delays at the pharmacy are unacceptably long. Today, 11 December 2020, after being told by the consultant that the medication would be ready at pharmacy, my wife had to wait 45 minutes. I would be satisfied if this was a unique experience but previous experience is consistent - that waiting times are long. The pharmacy appears to be adequately staffed but it doesn't seem to be well managed.
