I have visited her a few times and she is incredibly understanding of nervous patients. She explains everything clearly and ensures you feel relaxed throughout your visit. The dental assistant who works alongside her is just as kind and gentle and very welcoming when you first enter which I feel is very important for anxious patients. At routine checkups he will carry out a thorough examination using modern equipment and advise you how to improve your brushing and flossing technique. Also, importantly, how to look after your gums. If major works needs doing he will explain why the problem has arisen and options that are available. He will explain in plain language what these are, how long it will take and the cost. He leaves the choice to you but will advise if asked. There is never any pressure for a quick decision. At all times he will keep any discomfort to a minimum and will use modern injections if required. His dental assistant will make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Finally, when it comes to booking appointments the receptionist is very helpful especially for emergencies. “My mother was struggling with toothache for maybe 2-3 months, so she was taking painkillers, but then she got immune to them and the real pain came. She wasn't able to sleep for 3 nights in a row and then I called to this Dental Practice. The lovely lady from the reception answered my desperate call and she helped us by doing an emergency appointment for my mom in that day. The doctor made an x-ray, he explain to us where the pain is coming from, he prescribe some antibiotics and told my mom to come again after 1 week to extract the wisdom tooth. She took all the antibiotics, then when she didn't have any left to take, the pain started again and Sunday night she didn't sleep again. So she was supposed to go for the extraction on Tuesday, but Monday morning I called again and the receptionist lady made another emergency appointment at 9:00. The doctor said he's very busy with appointments, but he will try to help my mom between patients. So he made the wisdom tooth extraction and I have to say that this action was incredibly quick and without pain, between 1-2 minutes. My mom didn't even notice that the doctor made the extraction! Then I have to thank you a lot for your help, great staff, very polite and helpful, very professional. Cheers again for your help! I truly recommend this Dental Practice!”
