    On 14/07/2025, I had an appointment in the urology department.The receptionist, SHARON, is a gem of a person. she is like an angel who made me feel at ease when I was worried and lost hope but she understood my problem and helped me with my appointment. *Dr. Wazit and his assistant were pleasant and thorough professional in their care. *CATHY from pathology or blood test department was such a caring person and was amazing with the needle so much that I didn't even feel the prick. They all literally made my day with their understanding, professional in their work and exceptional care which is most needed in these times. Thank you everyone and Mount Vernon hospital is blessed to have these beautiful people around.

    The car park attendant was fantastic, from helping me find a car parking space then to actually walk me to the minor injuries department was amazing. The nurses were lovely we were seen before our actual appointment time, they were all so friendly. Place was clean and tidy. Excellent service. Thank you all so much.

    If I could give no stars, I would. The staff is extremely rude, and they never give us a doctor, just nurses that all they do is give me and my family paracetamol no matter what infection or medical problem we have, as if we weren't taking that already (and mentioned it to them too). It happened multiple times to just be hanged up on the phone while discussing important matters about my grandmother's health and whenever we have an appointment the nurses are always late.

    I had operation in this hospital 2 days ago after operation the all doctors gone home or bishops hospital which is private hospital to make more money, When it was time to send me home no one had any information how the operation gone what to do after , when go shower , nothing, I have to keep searching online to see what I have to do, I’m hopping never ever go back in this hospital again

    Parking is approx. 1.6 per hour (for the first two). Building is clean, staff is nice. Plenty of seats in the main waiting area.
