   I am in the same position as Saskia Walker-Hamilton. I have recently moved into the Northwood area and looking for a GP practice. When I see 5 starts being awarded to any establishment it tells me that something is amiss. Every business whether corporate or not must have room to improve especially the ones dealing directly with the public. So, I am inclined to believe Saskia Walker-Hamilton when she said the reception she got was frosty. I will not be contacting this practice.
