Can’t believe I’ve not visited sooner! Shenali is warm, welcoming, and very skilled. I really enjoyed my massage today. I felt at ease straight away and had a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an excellent, relaxing massage.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I booked my massage online, drove all the way to the studio, only to find out the masseuse wasn’t even there. If the therapist goes home early, the appointment slots should not still be showing as available — it completely wasted my time. To make it worse, someone who was working there just handed me the phone to sort it out myself while standing in the salon. It felt very unprofessional, and I didn’t even receive a proper apology. I definitely expected better communication and customer service.

Shenali was so warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail was incredible. It’s by far the best nail experience I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommend!
Shenali has been threading our eyebrows for 5 years now and honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. On one hand she always gets it perfect and secondly her customer service is superb. She has been so warm and friendly from day one, and she has a customer for life! The GOAT
5 star service! I was fitted in last minute. The atmosphere was so incredibly enjoyable. Felt like a spa. Going to regular nail salons sets my chronic pain off due to lights, sounds and smells. This place was so calming and the owner was such a lovely talented lady. She did my engagement nails without me knowing. Can’t wait to go back ! Thank you so much ☺️

I went into have a spray tan and was a little nervous as in the past I have had a view patchy tans. The therapist who applied the tan was absolutely lovely and made me feel really relaxed and at ease. When I came out the tan did look quite patchy but when I showered it off the next morning it was beautifully even and a lovely, natural golden colour. Exactly what I had asked for. I highly recommend Renaissance Beauty. They are extremely helpful, professional, friendly and do a great, great job. I can’t wait to try something else there!
I had an amazing experience. I had a spray tan trial for my upcoming wedding... the whole process was really simple and I felt very relaxed. The spray tan was evenly applied and I was given great advice as to how to maintain the tan. There were no streaks!!!
Shenali fitted me in for a spray tan and gel nails last minute and it was a very lovely experience. The salon is very welcoming and clean and Shenali did my nails with a lot of care. The spray tan was very even and developed to a really nice colour. Would definitely recommend
