Leila was amazing. She blowdried my hair without burning my scalp which is what I have experienced with most hairdressers !! She also gave me exactly what I wanted in terms on the volume, style and overall look. She was very kind as well. Will definitely be coming again.
I had my haircut done by Cila and she was absolutely amazing – truly the best haircut I’ve had in London! The staff were all very friendly and respectful. I also had my eyebrows done here and they were perfect. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back myself.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They ruined my hair by burning and breaking it. I have had thick healthy hair all my life and now it is badly damaged and they refuse to take responsibility - the owner wouldn't even talk to me. I am beyond upset....
I would be very careful about using this salon and do not book an appointment through treatwell for this salon. I turned up on the day ready for my appointment and they said they cant do it and they dont get the notifications from this app. I cant wash my own hair as had an operation and told them this but they said its "not their fault" & "they have told the owner but she doesnt care we have this issue" I called after I left to see if they could fit me in, the staff over talked me and put down the phone. Terrible customer service, terrible staff, terrible business. I would of gone elsewhere and booked a lot sooner if my appointment didnt come through confirmed. Very disappointment in the people that run this shop! It also prompted me to pay online and thank goodness I didnt.
I just came out of hospital and wanted a blow dry I saw on Treatwell they had spaces available so I did a walk in as it’s close and they lied and said they are fully booked . Disgusting salon and they both looked incompetent anyway
I went there to get layers done and it was all fantastic especially the lady who cut my hair Leila. I have been to a lot of hair dressers and so far this was the best one
It’s a terrible place to go . I took a prior appointment and on the day services were terrible .The main lady was extremely rude and impolite. The hair turned dry because she burnt my hair while straightening. I’m Hugely disappointed.., will never recommend this place
I have been a regular with Sherry hair and Beauty salon since May and never have I been disappointed with their service I have been to so many places to get my hair done and while they have always turned out to be great I have never visited any of those places twice That was not the case here. I first got my full head highlights done here and it was absolutely amazing. The staff put so much effort in getting the right colour and tone for me and the results were just so flattering and changed my complete look. Then I got my full bridal makeup and hair done from here and needless to say it was the best day of my life and they made me feel like queen ! I have a been a regular here ever since and always get my hair colour, highlights styling and cut from the salon. The staff is lovely beyond words and always ensure to give you a personal touch and the magic they do to the hair just brings them back to life. I would definitely recommend them for their sheer dedication to make it the best experience for you.
