   Never again! I've been there 3 times and it's always the same story!!!! Communication is a big problem. You don't feel comfortable because when you tell them how you want your nails done, they start looking at you and talking about you in they own language!!! Then they start doing your nails. After a bit they leave you without saying anything to start another client!!! It's not fair.. i think no body like to stay 3 hours just to get nails done !!!!!I won't be going back again !

   DISGUSTING !!!!! EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE CHINESE WOMAN “NO! NO TIME NOW SHOULD HAVE DONE BEFORE WHEN YOU COME IN, YOUR PROBLEM” Went in to enquire about polish change price for toes (£15). Thanked them and sped o would return once finished running some errands. Went back into the store about 30 mins later 10:30am! No one greeted me so I hoovered by the nail polishes and smiled once eye contact was made. I was half way through saying “hello yes please I’d like a polish change for my toes….??” I got frowned at and shouted at “NO TIME!!!!” I was shocked, and asked “excuse me?” “NO’ NO TIME NOW, GOODBYE” I never expect amazing customer service in these styles of establishments, it’s not the forte let’s be honest… but this was next level.

   You have removed my review, so I’m going to rewrite it, and if you remove it again, post it on social media as I’ll be taking a screenshot. Let’s review again: This review is not about having my nails done because they are very nice. The one star is because of the treatment and behaviour I was subjected to when I visited on Sunday, the 27th July 2025. The woman pictured below started to treat my nails, but mid-shaping them she got up walked away for no reason and the man next to her came and sat down to take over. Without speaking to me, he decided to shape one of my nails In a different style that I already had, So I told him that I was having a different shape and can he please make sure they’re all the same; when he had finished some of my nails were still a different shape to the style I’d asked for and I asked him to make them all the same which he did. By this time he was behaving in a very aggressive manner with his body language. He then put a product onto my nails and I asked him what it was because I wanted to know, which is when he stood up abruptly, slammed down the bottle of liquid and stormed off. My nails were tacky. A second female technician came over and told me that he has no patience and that as it’s first thing in the morning they everything to be nice and quiet and that they’ve never had a customer like me before. She was talking to me in a loud aggressive manner, saying that she was now going to finish my nails. She remained angry through her words with me and I said that this is not acceptable to behave in such a manner as I am here to have a nice treatment and this is inappropriate from staff. I said that I wanted to speak to the manager and she told me that the manager was not there. She then changed her tune and suddenly started asking me about holidays and asking me how I am and how I’ve been and to forget all about what happened because now my nails look nice. I said that I would not be able to forget about what happened, and she started apologising over and over again; I said that it was for him to apologise as he was the one who behaved in a disgusting manner. I was aware that she was talking to him and he was shouting back at her, but I did not know what they were saying; I never received an apology from the male technician who was abusive towards me in his mannerisms. If you choose to go to the salon, be warned that the male technician in the picture has a very bad temper if you ask questions, but your nails will probably look nice.

   The most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Not only did they get irritated at me taking a little time to make a selection, they didn’t help at all and so much more. Do not recommend, will never be going here again.

   This is my second time visiting the salon. I got a french tip shellac done paid £22 all happy . Today i came back to get a french tip shellac and pedicure done . I had booked in advance I was told it will cost £44 in total . I got everything done and was asked to pay £61 I only had £44 cash on my so it was very embarrassing as I had to do a bank transfer. It was agreed that it’s £44 . I don’t understand why they did they and why they would make their customers feel embarrassed. The shellac wasn’t even as good as the last time .

   Absolutely looooooooovvvvveeee my nails. I've been coming here for years and there's no one else I'd trust to do my nails for my 1st Wedding Anniversary than Fantasy Beauty Salon. My nails NEVER chip, even after 4 weeks when I have them done here. They are super lovely, very efficient and genuinely friendly. Thank you to Amy and her team! Super!! S.R.
