   Been going to Sima Hairdressers for about 4 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my keratin treatments. She uses very good products and my hair has not suffered from all the chemicals. If anything my hair has never been as strong or silky. Today Hani was the lady who did my keratin treatment and she was not just very good but also very caring. I also recommend Aza who did my manicure and pedicure. Best manicure I've had and reasonably priced too. It wont be the last time I get my nails done there. Thank you ladies.

   Just had a Brazilian keratin straightening treatment done here. I highly recommend, the staff were so kind and lovely. The lady kept asking if I was okay and everything was okay, I think this was really nice and I couldn’t fault anything. I will definitely be going back again.

   This is an absolutely rubbish hair salon. Sima and her colleague were very rude and unfriendly. I booked a hair treatment via Treatwell.com and paid £75 online. Upon arrival, Sima refused me by saying that my booking is not on her diary and that they have not received any payment. The tone in which she spoke to me in was as if I was a thief or a liar. I showed my email confirmation and my online banking but she continued to say it's not on her diary. I explained that as a customer I have done what I am expected to do and confirmed everything from my side. It seems that she wanted to blame me for her admin error. She then tried to say the issue was because I rescheduled the original appointment but this is not true because when I called to re-arrange, she firstly confirmed that she was able to view my booking and the £75 payment, secondly she did not mention anything to do with cancellation or reschedule issues and thirdly, I even got a new email confirmation with the same exact booking reference number which indicates that the same appointment was re-arranged. She was very unhelpful and asked me to contact Treatwell and even said...wait for it...."This is a you problem". I tried to explained that this is between her and Treatwell but she was being ignorant and not listening. As I was trying to sort things out, Sima started gossiping and speaking about me to another nosy customer informing them of my issue, I asked her if she would like to inform the rest of the customer too in which she panicked and started, mumbling, stuttering and unable to form her words whilst trying to explain that she was not speaking about me. One does not need to understand another language to know when being spoken about. It just takes common sense, the understanding of various cultures and most importantly, no being born yesterday. Overall, this is the worse salon I have ever been to and the customer service was non-existent. In a way, I am glad my appointment did not go ahead because they didn't seem to be professional hair-dressers anyways. Avoid this salon at all costs.

   1. Rude and unpleasant service I had a terrible experience at this salon. Sima was rude, dismissive, and made me feel completely unwelcome. Her attitude was unprofessional and very unpleasant. I will not be going back. 2. Secretly films and mocks clients I was very disturbed to find out that Sima secretly takes videos and photos of clients while they’re in the chair, without their permission. After the clients leave, she makes fun of them in her own community. This is highly disrespectful and completely unacceptable behaviour from a professional. 3. Outdated methods and rough handling The service here is far from professional. Sima uses outdated methods, works roughly, and shows little care for the client’s comfort. Combined with her rude manner, it’s just not worth the time or money. I do not recommend this salon.

   Extremely Disappointed – Not What We Asked For I went in asking for a simple trim and some soft layers to freshen up my bob haircut, I also showed her a picture of the look I was going for, and what I left with was not what I asked for. My hair was cut much shorter than I clearly asked. Sima completely changed my hairstyle. It was not just a minor misunderstanding it was a totally different cut that I never agreed to. To make things worse, my daughter also had her hair cut by Sima. She clearly asked for face-framing layers starting at her chin, but Sima cut them much shorter than requested. My daughter was really upset afterward, and I don’t blame her. We left feeling disappointed. I do not recommend coming to this place. Honestly one of the worst hair salons I have personally ever been to. I will upload two pictures one being what I requested for, and what I was then given. We will not be returning.

   Walked in to ask the charge for a blow dry. Quoted me £20 so decided to give it a try. The blow dry was awful. Furthermore, she then said it would be £30 (of course I refused to pay the extra). Stay away from this unprofessional salon.

   I've been going to Sima since she first opened up, and i've never lookedback or elsewhere. I trust her 100% with my hair styles as well as colour. My mom is also trusts no other hairdresser. I've moved a fair distance away from where Sima is based, but will still travel just to her. Thanks Sima for always keeping my hairlooking Fab!

   Visited this place with my kids. One got my son had very bad and unhealthy looking hair but after getting creatinine done it came to life. My daughter got highlights which was done with complete care. Overall recommend.

   I got a hair wash and blow dry from Sima. The hair wash wasn't a proper clean up of the scalp. But that wasn't even the main issue. I requested an out curls blow dry and I could barely see any curls at the end of it and wasn't worth the time or the money. I didn't quite enjoy the service. My mother went here for a root touch up the day before and she had her service from the other lady who works there and she was quite good.

   I had seen mixed reviews but my own hairdresser recommended Sima for a keratin treatment. I am extremely satisfied with the treatment. Sima was meticulous and my treatment was carried out with care. I found Sima to be very pleasant and accommodating . Her assistant was delightful and chatty too. Whilst I was in there two people who entered wanting immediate appointments both were quite demanding and a little rude whichj is a shame as I am sure it is not usual to expect appointments in demand and if you do get a walk in appointment that is lucky. This is a small local business run solely by Sima who is doing a great job. Thank you Sima from one very happy customer who will definitely be returning regularly.
