   I had a fantastic experience at Northwood Dental Practice. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Menesh Is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which really helped ease my nerves. I appreciated the thoroughness of the exam and the clear treatment plan provided. Whether you’re going in for a routine cleaning or something more involved, you’re in great hands here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients!

   While I had a good experience with the Dentist, receptionist was very rude to my family. all the reviews are consistent. They prioritise private patients over NHS (not the best interest of the patients). There are better more welcoming dental practices in the area.

   I am writing a review of the terrible customer service and extremely rude receptionist who received my call (the large number of NEGATIVE reviews of the receptionist alone says it all). She flatly refused entertaining my request to book an oral assessment for my child and without any logical reason - and to top it all the receptionist just told me - to go to the nearest NHS clinic and if we have registered with NHS why are we calling them? I was so agast with this response . If there was half a star /zero/ negative star on Google review would give them that. They certainty do need to train their staff on the benefit and value of customer /patient satisfaction. Don’t go to them unless it’s an emergency and in any which case there are a number of better dental clinics around the area with much Better services.

   The service at reception was definitely excellent and everything ran so smoothly. The questions and information I needed was provided well and the receptionist was so nice and understanding as well as the nurse who saw me. I really had a positive and comfortable appointment which I am very thankful for. 100% recommend.

   Suki is absolutely the best receptionist in the world!!! She ìs an absolute asset to Northwood Dental Practice! I could not praise and recommend her highly enough. She is really professional and friendly and accommodating at all times, she is a real gem. There is no other dental surgery in London that I would go to. Well done Suki and thank you for being so great.:) Northwood Dental Pracice are really lucky to have you!!! I must also say Dr Avneet is the best dentist in the world!!!!!!!! She is super professional, so friendly and kind and incredibly patient. She makes me feel so at ease every time which is so important. Dr Avneet is the best dentist I have ever seen in my life and I only feel confident in her hands. Doctors like Dr Avneet are so rare in this world and I could not recommend and praise her highly enough. Thank you Dr Avneet, you are simply the best!!!

   Very Rude Receptionist. I called them after being referred to by 111 for an emergency and while being in an excruciating pain. They simply said that they not taking referrals or NHS patients but have space / availability to take me as a private patient (no ethics here I guess ? as they can see me privately but not as a NHS patient in an emergency). Does not make any sense. The dental practice should keep 111/ NHS records updated.

   I want to leave this review to say huge thank you to my Dentist Avneet Dhaliwal. She is extremely professional, kind and skilled. Dr. Dhaliwal makes sure that everyone is being taken care of and handled my procedure with incredible calmness and patience. She went out of her way to explain every step beforehand and gave me adequate time to relax in between which helped me to completely get rid of my anxiety and stress. Fortunate to have finally found a dentist who is so proficient, understanding, polite and caring. Thank you for such an excellent job, keep it up!

   I’ve been slightly concerned about going to the dentists after having had a couple of bad experiences in the past. Someone recommended Northwood Dental Practice to me and I’m glad I listened. From my first visit Mr Meenesh Shah was calm and considerate to my requests. He showed me respect and understanding and took everything step by step. I needed a couple of fairly serious procedures and I’m really glad I selected this practice. Thank you Mr Shah and thank you to all at the practice. Your kindness and gentle approach has given me the confidence to trust you entirely when it comes to looking after my teeth.

   I have been a patient of the Northwood Dental Practice for several years now. Meenesh is very professional in his job and takes time to explain the problems and remedial procedures. The receptionist, I think her name is Suki, is very polite and welcoming. Assists me whenever I need to book or reschedule my appointments. Unlike other dentists this practice also open on Saturdays which is very helpful for people like me who are fully occupied during the week.
