   A warm friendly welcome, thoughtful kind receptionist. Vik, the dentist was extremely professional and did an excellent job , with minimal pain or discomfort.He explained everything really clearly and offered additional pain relief( which I declined).The price was very reasonable… He is a great find, I shall definitely become a regular patient.

   Vik is an outstanding dentist. He clearly explains what he's doing and why, making the whole process feel transparent and reassuring. He also takes the time to offer practical advice on improving oral health at home—and since following his guidance, I've seen real improvements. What I appreciate most is that he never pushes unnecessary treatments. Instead, he provides honest insights about potential future work in a no-pressure, informative way. I’ll definitely be sticking with Vik!

   Had a sudden problem with one of my teeth, resulting in some pain. I was able to make an appointment with Mr Shah as a new patient, and was seen the following day. Not only was my problem resolved on the first visit, but I was given a detailed analysis of the health of my mouth and teeth. Very much appreciate the attention to detail and the friendly and reassuring manner of Mr Shah.

   Dene Dental Practise Northwood Vik Shah has been my dentist for many years. Throughout that time he has always made each visit as comfortable as possible. At routine checkups he will carry out a thorough examination using modern equipment and advise you how to improve your brushing and flossing technique. Also, importantly, how to look after your gums. If major works needs doing he will explain why the problem has arisen and options that are available. He will explain in plain language what these are, how long it will take and the cost. He leaves the choice to you but will advise if asked. There is never any pressure for a quick decision. At all times he will keep any discomfort to a minimum and will use modern injections if required. His dental assistant will make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Finally, when it comes to booking appointments the receptionist is very helpful especially for emergencies. If you require a highly skilled dentist who uses state of the art technology, the finest materials, and has a good team around him I recommend Vik Shah.

   Further to my first review below I also would like to add that Vik and his team are extremely conscientious, they help me to take care of my teeth and gums as well as them taking care of them. I would not hesitate to recommend them HIGHLY!! Vik is a terrific dentist, very knowledgeable and patient and he explains everything exceedingly well, I totally trust him, which for me is very important when it comes to a dentist! He has an excellent dental nurse in Lisa and his new receptionist Sarah, is a delight! I am pleased to have him as my dentist!

   I have been seeing Vik for well over a decade, as have all my family. Dene Dental is the Rolls Royce of dental clinics. When you call for an appointment, someone answers the phone immediately which is a plus. The clinic is spotless, staff very helpful and appointments always seem to start on time. Vik is a fantastic communicator, which gives you huge peace of mind. He will talk eloquently and clearly about the options available, and will give his recommendation, but never impose himself. He's a very reassuring presence during any treatment – Vik will explain what he’s going to do, articulate while performing the treatment and then discuss the results. Vik’s standard of work is extremely high. He’s a perfectionist with very high standards. Why I recommend Vik so highly is that he always looks at things though the patient’s best interest and does not prioritise his revenue. He’s a man with integrity and is very trustworthy. I have never been less than 100% satisfied with the Dene Dental clinic.
