   Sonia was wonderful throughout my entire Obagi journey. My initial consultation was so in depth and insightful and she created a welcoming and safe space. Sonia is so genuine and truly understands how hard it can be to deal with skin issues. Since using Obagi my skin has seen the biggest transformation and I am so grateful to Sonia for helping me on this journey. Any questions I ever had were answered and she consistently checked in to keep up to date with how my skin was doing and helped in anyway she could.    I’ve always been nervous and overwhelmed about finding the right skin scare routine for me. I’ve also recently been extremely conscious about my acne and blemishes. However, right from my very consultation with Sonia I felt at ease and knew I was in safe hands. Sonia provided a free consultation where she really listened to my worries and what I’d like to achieve. She then provided a great explanation about how our skin works and what it needs. Lastly, she recommended the products that would tackle each of my concerns - Sonia took the time to explain the science behind these products and to address the questions I had. Sonia is so approachable and knowledgeable! You need someone like her to make you feel confident and comfortable in embarking on a skin transformation journey !

   I had heard a number of firsthand experiences, so when I was reviewing my skincare routine, I thought it would be the perfect opportunity. The consultation was quick and easy, and at a time time suited me best. Sonia was patient when listening to my concerns and honest when offering advise. She told me the pros and, most importantly, if there were any cons, and let me decide which road I wanted to go down. As I was on a budget, she never pushed any products on me, was honest about what I needed, and what I might be able to do without. What I appreciated the most was the patience she had, especially when I asked the same questions multiple times as I weighed up the decisions.    At last I found someone who understands my skin and is able to assess my skin’s needs and advise / provide treatments and products accordingly. Sonia was extremely professional as well as warm and welcoming when I first met and I was instantly able to trust her with my concerns. Without being pushy with the treatments and products as my skin is extremely sensitive, she was able to help me address my concerns. Also she is very meticulous and detailed with the advise.    I was extremely apprehensive, anxious and slightly shy when starting the process of discussing my skin and regime. However, Sonia has been amazing at making me feel comfortable and fully informed throughout this process. She has taken great care in listening to my concerns. Not only did she recommend products but she explained what each product does and how it will benefit me. The journey was outlined extremely clearly from the start and Sonia has been on hand to help and advise with any concerns or questions I have had along the way.
