Not happy, had to pick up an online order and the store was closed with a sign saying closed for lunch 1-2. They should not falsely advertise opening times!
I have been coming to Boots Northwood Hills for many years now and they are always very helpful. A special thank you to Swara for always going out of her way to help the patients but all the staff are extremely kind.
Unbelievably nice staff that really get to know you and make the phone calls on the regular about new prescription medication you are taking. Also placing orders online they get the stuff ready as soon as possible if they have it in stock in store! Very good indeed
The staff are polite , friendly and helpful. I was comfortable asking questions for something I wasn't sure about, the staff were patient with me and understanding.
Needed to dispose of some clinical waste. Other places did not have facilities or seemed unwilling to assist. Boot's staff were very helpful, professional and polite.
Love being treated differently by the staff because I look young, you say hi to the oldee ladies in front of me, and then continue to ask them if they would like to buy any of the offers and say we have great offers.. When it comes to me there is no hello, you take what I am buying and scan it, ask if I have a boots card, then stare at me till I pull my purse out. Then put the card mashine in front of me, and stare some more without saying a word. When my payment goes though you say buy and walk away before I can even ask about buying the perfume... Thanks
Every time I go into this boots I am met with a very cold distant customer service. I was not sure of this was personal but today I can confirm that it is. Had I got the name of the clerk I would have written a formal complaint. Next time
