   I’ve been seeing Neil for the past six months after suffering a shoulder injury (ACJ) from a skiing accident. When I first started, I was anxious and unsure if I’d ever regain strength or confidence in my shoulder. Neil changed all of that. From day one, he gave me clear guidance, reassurance, and a training plan that was tailored to my recovery. He knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain everything, step by step. His professionalism and support have been outstanding. Now, six months on, I can confidently say I’m around 80% recovered, and most importantly, I feel stronger, more stable, and much more optimistic about the road ahead. I can’t thank Neil enough for the care and expertise he’s shown throughout this journey. Highly recommended.

Sessions were always enjoyable and she ensured I understood exactly how to repeat the exercises at home and constantly reviewed these every time to make sure I was progressing .    Needed some urgent treatment for an anterior tibialis muscle issue and I was able to be seen very quickly by Helen. The treatment has been great and thorough, with regular post-consultation emails to remind me of the rehabilitation exercises proving to be very handy indeed. Also wonderful to see that the sanitisation standards brought in everywhere during covid haven't been abandoned. Impressive. Thanks!
