   Meera the pharmacist is an angel. She’s always there for me every time I go on with a health issue for me or my family. I get to see a friendly face, genuinely interested to find out more about the health condition, diagnose and recommend next steps. She always makes me feel so comforted on my way out and it’s like a weight is lifted off my shoulders from the time that I entered. Positive vibes to Meera and the entire team.    I have been facing migraines everyday for a year since I had Covid. I was prescribed medication by the numerologist which weren’t helping me as much. I went to Ross to get my prescription for my migraines where the pharmacist Meera was very kind enough to ask my symptoms. She suggested that I took specific supplements for my migraines as new research show they help. I followed her advice and one week down the line it has tremendously helped me. She’s a great pharmacist and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!

   I use Ross pharmacy, and have done since 2012 I've never had any problems of any h kind with this pharmacy, the staff are always polite and ready and willing to help, been a pensioner and 71 yrs I have my medications delivered to me, if your not at home for any reason, they don't leave it on your doorstep, the leace and try later well that's my experience with Ross Pharmacy Northwood Hills

   I visited Ross Pharmacy Travel Clinic to update my travel inoculations. As a frequent traveller I have been to quite a number of different travel clinics over the years, none of which can compare with Ross Pharmacy in terms of professionalism and customer service. I was seen immediately , no long waits! and the pharmacist had time to listen to my requirements and to assess my needs for the particular countries I intend visiting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the private consulting room. The Pharmacist was friendly and approachable , appeared very knowledgable and was familiar with the latest travel advisories. I noticed that strict hygiene and cleanliness was observed as well as sterility in administering the injections. They were also able to advise me on other travel necessities I would require.I have no hesitation in highly recommending Ross Pharmacy for your travel requirements. Costs were reasonable and competitive. As an added bonus, the injections were absolutely painless!!
