It was the first time I have used Crazy Tails for my daughter’s dog after they moved back to the area. They asked how I would like the cut. I showed a photo after a previous successful grooming elsewhere, which they took a shot of. When I returned they had replicated the groom perfectly. My daughter loves it too.
The Crazy Tails team are just amazing! Our dog is always so impeccably groomed, they manage his anxiety brilliantly and always do such a great job! The day care and boarding facility is second to none! Our boy is always exceptionally happy and they’ve helped him build his confidence! The report card system is just awesome! We also get pictures of him too!
We love Crazy Tails, we brought Coco here for the first time and were a bit worried as she’s quite a ‘stressy’ but she was absolutely fine and came out looking amazing and smelling so sweet. Jo is so attentive with Coco and we’re very happy we’ve found them. X
I am training for my Award in Dog Grooming with Crazy Tails and I’m finding it to be one of the best learning experiences I’ve ever had. Academy manager Becky is second to none for knowledge, she’s patient and fantastic at teaching. I’ve been hands on since day one with amazing support giving me confidence in what I’m doing, even nail clipping!
Great team who are so caring about their customers. My dog can be a little jumpy and nervous but the staff help him feel at ease. They are so patient and gentle with him when he goes in to have his teeth cleaned/nails clipped. Thank you so much.
Loved it I added some extra pictures a few weeks after his haircut(I think he just got even more cute might be biased tho) I also just want to mention how the lady was very warm and so nice about the questions I asked as a new poodle owner :))
I have a siberian husky that sheds a lot and she was groomed really well, much better than any groomer I have been to before. The staff are lovely and friendly and my dog was very happy. After her groom she is really soft, smells amazing and her loose undercoat is gone. Very happy to continue coming here.
When we decided to get a Tibetan Terrier, it really was key that we find good groomers due to the type and length of their coat. The first visits Ziggy was really nervous, (he was 12 weeks old on the first) he had the intro session which was perfect for him and he slowly got used to the wash/blowdry. Yesterday’s visit (fourth) was the best so far he’s 5 months now, he walked into the salon like he knew everyone and went on to greet the staff, tail wagging and very excited to be there, it was so lovely to see! Crazy Tails do a great job, they know their stuff and are so friendly, helpful and knowledgable, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Not to mention the variety of treats and other accessories they have and how lovely he smells after a visit. Perfect timing for the salon to open in Ricky! Photo for cuteness taken after a groom!
Scamp loved his first trip to the groomers, and the team here were amazing! The shop has so many lovely accessories and toys, both our boys have lovely new collars and matching bow ties!
