Everything was great, clean comfortable and the food was lovely. I would have given it a big fat thumbs up, but they lost a star for inadequate wifi. Maybe the hotel was in a bad reception area.

Stayed here for two nights on 7/8 of November 2025. Hotel was terrible. Stayed in a few premier inns and they were fine. This was terrible. Mould on the bathroom walls. Not clean all round. Years worth of dust all over the room. I have pictures I will add. I did complain and the first thing they said was why didn’t you tell us when you checked in?! It was 11 pm and we just went to bed. Asked for the room to be deep cleaned for the next night we were there. But nothing had changed when we got back later that evening. Still dirty and not even hoovered! Couldn’t open windows and the extractor fan didn’t work so steam and condensation all over the room. Do not stay here if you just want a clean room. Staff were too busy to really care about my complaint.Didnt really seem concerned at all! I did show him the picture too! Was checking people going in to breakfast at the same time as taking my complaint. Thank god I wasn’t eating here going on the state of my room! And the family room for four was tiny. Do not think this was a family room. Beds were crammed together up against the wall. Not an inch of space between beds. See pics. The only good thing was the location to London. A £5 uber to the underground was good.

I've stayed in Premier Inn hotels all over the country. Standard Premier Inn. This felt like a newly built hotel. Great location. Evening meal was very nice and came out nice and hot. Service was very good. Breakfast needs a bit of work. Even though it was on a hotplate the food was (cold) lukewarm. I would stay here again.

The rooms were comfortable with nice beds, and the facilities were very clean. Breakfast, however, didn’t quite meet expectations. The hotel itself was a little difficult to find, and the car park layout could be improved (4/5). The biggest drawback was the lack of mobile phone reception on the first floor, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, a pleasant stay with standout service from Luciano, who really made the experience better.

Rooms were great. Super comfortable, working air-conditioning, extra tea and coffee was a plus. Late check out was a pleasant surprise. I believe we had a newer member of staff greet us and got the location of the room a little confused, but cheerful, helpful and friendly demeanor. Location is great. Easy to get to, close to some great pubs and restaurants. Easy onward travel to London.

Fletcher was very helpful when we needed a room last min. She was very friendly and accommodating over the phone and equally as warm when we checked in. Thank you for saving the day (night)!

The food here had to be the worst throughout the premier Inn chain, microwave meals served on cold plates, staff unclear on what beer they have and just a completely mediocre service overall. Wifi wouldn't stay connected for more than a minute (Premier WiFi). Breakfast was pretty standard bit late, no hot food ready until 6:45am when booked at 6:30. Small details unless you're going to be late for an early meeting. The dinner waitress I had was an absolute delight. She was polite, courteous and worked really hard - kudos to that young lady. Day 2 - lifts now out of order. Checked out early - 2 days of a 4 day stay as I didn't fancy another meal here. Would probably stay at Croxley Green instead if you're looking.

Staff always greet you with a smile. It was my wedding anniversary and they were so helpful and obliging when my wife contacted reception as having some flowers delivered. Thank you to all the staff. Patrick and Claire.

Booked dinner for 6.30, 2 nights in a row. Waited 1 hr for someone to take my order , waited a further 30 mins to get our drinks , meals finally brought to table at 8.30 and quality was poor. Hotel is good and staff friendly , but I'd advise eating out. Barry

Pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews, lovely room, clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent, tasty full English, sausages lovely, black pudding the same. Ordered a Piza one evening and got to say, the best I've tasted... Compliments to the chef. Only complaint was the room was not replenished with coffee etc, or cleaned but only stayed two nights so I never complained. The young lady with dark hair on reception needs to learn how to smile, English are not the same as Americans in the hospitality business, its all about being pleasant even if you don't want to be there.
